• Failure to provide information on children up to 24 hours before the start of the activity will result in the cancellation of the trip without the right to a refund.

• Children will not be transported without seats and the relevant information.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of the service between 72 hours and 48 hours before will incur a 50 per cent penalty.

• Cancellation of the service less than 48 hours before will incur a 100 per cent penalty.
