What you can expect

  • We will start from the Camillo Olivetti Fountain to discover the Roman harbor, the founding of Eporedia, and the river. We will continue on to the medieval quarters, where we will talk about the Carnival tradition with the Battle of the Oranges – Violetta, OUR Mugnaia – and we will discover the orange-throwing teams with their headquarters, as well as ancient confraternities that are still active. We will pass through the Jewish ghetto of the Olivettis and arrive at the Castle of the Red Towers, built by Conte Verde in 1358. We will unveil the ancient Roman Theater of the City – the tour ends at the Cathedral – with a visit to the magnificent medieval crypt, recalling the famous disputes between King Arduino and Bishop Varmondo. A UNIQUE fresco for true connoisseurs, to reveal a city that is invisible but present and vibrant and, above all… REBELLIOUS.
