The Experience:

1. The Journey to the Countryside The experience begins with a comfortable private transfer from Malaga city center. As the coast is left behind, the scenery transforms into the rugged, sun-drenched hills of the Mediterranean countryside, setting the tone for a relaxing day.

2. The Organic Vineyard & Estate Upon arrival at the private estate, a welcome glass of white wine is served immediately. The visit includes a leisurely walk among the organic vines, offering a chance to understand the respectful farming methods that define natural wine. The setting is unpretentious and idyllic, surrounded by Mediterranean views and inhabited by friendly farm animals, including the winery’s resident pet, Tom, and his animal helpers.

3. Inside the “Garage” Winery The tour proceeds into the heart of the operation: Antonio’s intimate production cellar. This is a “garage winery” in the truest sense—a small, artisan workspace dedicated to crafting limited-production vintages. Here, guests enjoy wines that cannot be found for public sale. The winemaker holds an exclusive contract where almost the entirety of his limited sulfite-free production is destined for luxury restaurants on the Costa del Sol. You are tasting something truly rare.

4. A Gastronomic Wine Pairing We move beyond simple snacks. You will enjoy an individual tapas tray with small gourmet bites, each one thoughtfully designed to pair perfectly with specific wines, turning the tasting into a sensory learning experience.

The Wines: The session features 6 distinct organic wines (Whites, Rosés, Reds, Vermouths, and Experimental wines). We believe in generosity: after describing, pouring, and tasting each wine, the bottles will remain on the table so you can serve yourself more if you wish.

The Menu: The wines are expertly paired with a culinary selection that includes an Individual Gourmet Tray (featuring bites such as Creamy Rice with Boletus and Sobrasada with Honey) alongside shared platters of premium Iberian cured meats (Lomo, Salchichón, Chorizo), local Malaguenian Cheese, and Spanish Tortilla.
