What you can expect

Begin your day with a shopping spree in a local souk in the heart of bustling Fez. Then, head to a traditional Moroccan palais in the heart of the medina, located near the central square of the Blue Gate.

Learn the cooking techniques of classic Moroccan dishes prepared with appropriately chosen and dosed ingredients. Choose from a variety of dishes, including different types of tagine (chicken tagine with olives, meat and vegetable tagine, meat and prunes, and more).

At the end of the lesson, enjoy a variety of salads served with the dishes that have been prepared during the lesson, seasonal fruits, Moroccan tea, local sweets, and water.
