What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Please check the hours of operation online. Hours of operation are subject to change. The last elevator ascends 45 minutes before closing.
- Children 5 and younger are complimentary.
- Durations listed for the General Admission, Skip-the-line Express Pass, and Day & Night Admission are suggested.
- Express Admission Pass is especially valuable during peak travel times, which run from late May through early September, late November through December 31, and on all holiday weekends.
- Face covering optional
- Social Distancing: Observe the marked social distancing markers. Respect others by staying 6 feet (2 meters) apart. We have reduced our capacity by over 50 percent.
- Personal Protection: Our hosts wear personal protective equipment (face masks, face shields, gloves). You will find hand sanitizers throughout the experience.
- Our Cleaning: In addition to normal cleaning, we use Overnight Electrostatic Disinfectant Spray of the entire observatory space. Exhibit components requiring close facial contact have been disabled. Frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces.
- Indoor Environmental Quality: we implement MERV 13 air filters, state-of-the-art air purification for improved air quality and reduced risk of virus transmission, and fresh air ventilation. The system is designed to provide clean air to over 1,600 hourly visitors.
