Know before you book

  • If the WiFi accessory or body is damaged or lost, certain amount of compensation will be applied
  • Must pay a deposit by cash when collect/pick up the Wifi at the airport in the amount of USD50 / IDR 500,000. The deposit must be paid in cash with the exact amount of money, it can be in usd or rupiah according to the number shown.
  • The deposit will be returned when returning the wifi at the airport. The deposit is returned if we receive the pocket wifi in good and complete condition. Damage and/or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
  • An additional fee will be charged for guests who take the Wifi device after 10PM at the airport, as well as for guests who will return the Wifi device after 10 PM at the airport for IDR 100,000 or USD 8 because it is outside the counter working hours.
  • We can drop off the Wifi device if your arrival time is around midnight or above 10PM at your hotel but only for Kuta, Seminyak and Nusa Dua areas.
  • Please check the booking date that has been selected again to match the details listed in the additional information. If it does not match (for example, booking on the 1st, input the 3rd), then the reservation can be canceled by us.
