Overview

Chepang is one of the marginalized ethnic groups of people residing in the north-central region of Nepal who possesses their own culture, tradition, and language. They are totally untouched by modernization that they are still completely away from present society.

This tour takes you to the unexplored hillside of Dhading and Chitwan districts of Nepal through high waterfalls, valleys, dramatic landscapes, and panoramic mountain views. In this homestay tour, we will experience the nomadic lifestyle of the indigenous Chepang communities who are rich in their own language and tradition which is completely different from the rest of the Nepalese society. Due to this distinct lifestyle and remoteness, they fall under the marginalized group of people in Nepal.

This trail is newly opened. We have designed this concept so as to raise the economic status of Chepang tribes of people.
