Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed.

Nice hotel. Easy from Hakata station and airport. Rooms large for Japan. Clean and modern. Pool area needs some love and gets overcrowded as not big. Usual great service for Japan. Onsen good.

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

Okay stay. Staff and service was great, but the hotel was a little bit run down, stains on the carpet and sofa, dirty walls in some areas. Looks better in pictures than it does in person.
Also, the block/street it’s in is dirty, and smells a bit.
