Second stay here. I like the Scandinavian design and decor. Rooms are small and simple but comfortable. Great sitting areas on ground level that very pleasant. Staff smiling and pleasant. Good location at the harbor. US$36 breakfast is outrageous! Even the staff thought it was crazy. Walk down a block to local cafe.

My partner and I spent a month traveling through Europe, staying in all kinds of places, and I can honestly say that Reykjavik Residence Hotel was our favorite. The apartment we stayed in was excellent—comfortable, quiet, and spotless. It felt practically brand new and was kept in great condition throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of things, with easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs, and the main tourist center. The property felt very safe and had a number of thoughtful amenities, including an environmentally conscious approach that we appreciated. The staff were helpful and kind—Sebastian made check-in a breeze with his welcoming manner, and Miguel went out of his way to offer great suggestions for us to get the most out of Iceland during our brief stay. Highly recommend this place—it made our time in Iceland that much more memorable.

Excellent location central to downtown and everything is in walking distance. Plenty to do. Great service. The rooms are small but all rooms are small in Iceland. If we do come back to Reykjavik we will definitely have stay here again.

I was delighted to be so near the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful, comfortable and excellent shower. The restaurant was was simple overlooking the harbour. But the best was .y coming experience.

Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Decoration is strange

Our overall experience with Greenhouse Hotel was good. We only stayed one night. Came in at around 9 PM and left the next morning. The staff were okay and helpful, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was average.

The parking was an issue for us. There was only limited spaces in the designated parking lot which would fill up super fast. Even at 8pm the parking lot would be full. In my stay for 4 days I was inly able to park on the first day and that too because I came around 4pm. There is a 24/7 grocery store nearby that we parked at.
