Positives: Staff, food in all restaurants is great, swimming pool is amazing, great slides for kids at the kids pool, literally 5 steps from the most amazing beach. Negatives: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and my husband felt the air con at the room was not enough. Overall amazing stay and we will come back."

"Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."

"I’d seen this hotel on previous visits to Cala San Vicenc but never had visited it. This year we stayed at this wonderful hotel. What a magnificent place - the first thing that pleased me was the beautiful aromas of jasmine and lily and citrus fresh scents! The main pool is perfect. All the guests are calm. Drinks /refreshments are served all day with select hours for lunch and dinner. Breakfast!! What a perfect setting with an extensive spread of fresh fruits and yogurts, a chef’s daily selection (special), and many other delights including patisseries. Our incredibly spacious suite was sparkling and bright. I don’t think I have ever been as impressed and delighted as this with any of the many hotels I’ve visited in my life! And we shall return….hopefully in September. Thank you Gabrielle and all your wonderful team!"
