Pro: clean apt
Cons:
1) LOUSY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Prior to arriving, I had some questions and wanted to book an extra night. There was no response on the Expedia app from the Apartment, I wrote to their Facebook, and emailed them, after chasing down 3-4 times, they finally wrote back answering half my questions. I've to chase them down again and finally after 2 times, got a link to make payment. I didn't get any confirmation of payment received and passport copy received even after chasing another 2 times. It's very very frustrating not getting answers from these people.
2) UNHELPFUL HELPLINE: Upon arriving, only the heater in the bedroom is working, but not the living room and bathroom. We called customer service who can't do anything as no one was working in the building on a Sat, we have to wait till Mon That's ok, we had no choice but to bear with the cold.
3) LACK OF EMPATHY: Unfortunately, when arrived in Zurich, we received a call that my father passed away in Singapore and had to rush back the next day. I wrote to VISION apartment, which I didn't get a response until today. I wrote to Expedia, the only responses I got are through Expedia, who informed me that the apartment has a strict no refund policy, despite us saying that we will provide his death cert. Expedia offered $100 voucher as goodwill. The least VISION can do is a reply.
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOR STAY THERE AGAIN.
