Last minute reservation was cancelled and they gave property 2 km away from original property. Property was ok but we had to walk a lot because. We paid extra to stay closer to train station, which they cancelled and moved us to different property.

Convenient location. Easily walkable from Zurich HB. Sufficiently equipped with basic facilities required for self-catering. Ideal for tourists planning day trips in and out of Zurich!

Issues with number of towels 4 people and only 2 towels. Was resolved by the next day. Could not get the stove top to work but was fixed after emailing the company. Very responsive to emails. Very steep stairs with bathroom on ground floor so if anyone in your party uses the toilet at night it could be difficult.

Very close to train station and Zurich center town. Supermarkets and Restaurants. The apartment is clean but small. No AC avaiable, only Stand Fan. If you coming in the cold season should be fine.

This is a good property to consider especially if wanting to do most of Zurich sightseeing on foot. The apartment also has a tram stop, about 3 minutes away. Slightly frustrating that the grocery shop next door opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm, we basically never got to use it. But there are very good restaurants nearby. Would recommend booking this property, the apartment is well kept, clean and modern.

Stayed for 5 nights - no room service and given 2 towels. The room I was provided is in the attic of the building - the stairs can’t possibly be legal. Bed had hair all over the sheets, bathroom mixer did not work in the shower so had cold showers each night. Would not consider staying here.

Because there days weather not good, every day around 90f, then apartment no AC, also top floor, so feel so hot when sleeping. Windows opened small, only one small fan.

Well equipped. High quailty fitting and furniture. Espresso machine. Contemporary decor. Great location and reasonably priced for Zurich. No front desk but virtual check in and check out worked ok. Only downside people smoking in the common areas.

the area and the place are good but the room is a sauna and so warm inside, there is no air conditioning also the window is covered with glass you have only 20cm open, I couldn't sleep I took a shower with cold water in the middle of the night sometimes 2. second, the pillows are not comfortable at all they are like paper so thin

The stay was comfortable but they aren’t helpful or accommodating We needed help to leave our luggage in storage but they did not offer to keep when they have a huge storage area nor they gave us a late check out. They are very well located but there is no coffee or tea bag’s provided for guests

What can i say really. Firstly plesently surprised as reviews I had read had complained about excess noise this wasnt the case in my stay it was very quite. Apartment was perfect for my needs, comfortable, centrally located with easy access to public transport and main train station. If i had one critque it would be thicker curtains as room does get bright early morning so hard to have a lie in and do keep curtain drawn on bathroom as one of the walls are see through

Not very pretty but perfect location.
Excellent location within walking distance of City Centre, shops, restaurants, main train station and Lake Zurich. The apartment block was not very attractive - neither outside nor inside in the communal areas, but our individual apartment was clean and modern. The free use of the laundry with six washers and dryers was a bonus. A few leaflets, brochures, maps etc would have been useful as a tourist. If you enjoy a lie-in, beware. Church bells EVERY morning at 7 am! 😂 Overall a pleasant stay.

They don’t care about GDPR and ask confidential information from an email in Poland. The rooms are VERY small and even in January with no heed on the room are extremely warm. So many better places in Zurich for the money worth. Shady neighbourhood

Very tiny boiler room.
First of all, when we arrived at the apartment, no one was at the building and there was no instruction any what to do or how to get in the building. With all these luggage and in the very hot day after traveling 12 hour flight it was a disaster. Luckily another guest came after a while and told us to call the apartment customer service since we could not reach hotel.com representative and my battery was about to die. When I called the apartment customer service, they said due to technical difficulties they can not give me the code to open the door so I should call back. Just to make a long story short, this was a night mare.

The stand of decor and equipement in the room was excellent.Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't cleaned properly and there was a slight odour in the communal stairwell from the restaurant's kitchen on the ground floor. The room itself didn't suffer from this though.

Clean andcomfortable but set up as bachelor pads, ie just one chair, great laundry facilities in building and 5 min walk to Haupbanholf. only thing missing was a dishwashing brush and liquid for short stayers

Great little apartment
Very convenient location. The apartment, while tiny, had just about everything we needed. Best shower of our whole trip, and we were able to cook a few meals in the small kitchen. The only complaints, and they’re super minor, are that the hand soap was empty (not a problem, as we had our own, and the shower was fully stocked), and we couldn’t find any dish soap or brush with which to clean our dishes after dinner. The room got a little warm the last night, but temps had been in the 80s all day, so it’s understandable. Automated check-in means no entry until 3 on the dot, but we only had to wait a few minutes. All in all, a great find at a terrific price!

After checked in to the apartment in District 1, found some unacceptable problems: water dripping next to the bed, WC with glass sliding door which may easily cause finger injury, WC seat with the glass door facing the street on the ground floor while the window curtain was not able to close properly, many ants and bugs, very noisy WC ventilation near to bedhead. I made complaint immediately and was not allow to cancel my booking but transfer me to a District 3 apartment. In this District 3 apartment, loud water noise on and off near the bed was very annoying, coffee table glass is not firmly fixed which is very dangerous, dining table glass also not firmly fixed, WC bath is relatively high and narrow with only half glass screen, which is not friendly to elderly and kids, balcony table is broken and not fixed... public area is smelly...

Great location close to city center!
The studio apartment was great (very clean, large bathtub by European standards, and kitchenette). It also allowed easy walking access to the city center. My only complaint centers around communication with the "hotel." As there is no front desk, we needed to arrange check-in ahead of time (this is very reasonable). However, it took me initiating the process to receive any additional information. Apparently I was expected to provide a copy of my passport via email (which makes sense to confirm my identity); however, no request was made for this until I emailed the hotel a week in advance of my stay to confirm check-in times (though I had to find the email address on their official non-hotels.com website). It would have been more appropriate for the hotel to reach out proactively ahead of time to provide an easy way for me to contact them and to request a copy of my passport rather than waiting until I contacted them as the date was closing in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel/apartment complex. Travelers should simply be aware of the potential communication issues ahead of time.

A little of to be just using the passcode, but got used to that, however we had to go into the apartment block, then through more doors then outside again. Our apartment door was in the street! Ground floor and felt a little bit vulnerable. Great location as very close to grocery shops, and restaurants including an Irish bar. Happy days.

Pro: clean apt Cons: 1) LOUSY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Prior to arriving, I had some questions and wanted to book an extra night. There was no response on the Expedia app from the Apartment, I wrote to their Facebook, and emailed them, after chasing down 3-4 times, they finally wrote back answering half my questions. I've to chase them down again and finally after 2 times, got a link to make payment. I didn't get any confirmation of payment received and passport copy received even after chasing another 2 times. It's very very frustrating not getting answers from these people. 2) UNHELPFUL HELPLINE: Upon arriving, only the heater in the bedroom is working, but not the living room and bathroom. We called customer service who can't do anything as no one was working in the building on a Sat, we have to wait till Mon That's ok, we had no choice but to bear with the cold. 3) LACK OF EMPATHY: Unfortunately, when arrived in Zurich, we received a call that my father passed away in Singapore and had to rush back the next day. I wrote to VISION apartment, which I didn't get a response until today. I wrote to Expedia, the only responses I got are through Expedia, who informed me that the apartment has a strict no refund policy, despite us saying that we will provide his death cert. Expedia offered $100 voucher as goodwill. The least VISION can do is a reply. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOR STAY THERE AGAIN.

Modern and comfortable serviced apartment
100% happy with Vision Apartments. The room was modern and very comfortable. I recommend this location as it was just a short walk to Zurich HB.
