It was a perfect location. Right next to the tram stop for airport. 10 minutes away. Right next to the train station. Trains every 15 minutes to Zurich Hb. Only took 10 minutes. Coop right across from station with groceries and hot food. The kitchen gave me the ability to heat meals. The refrigerator was large and very useful. The building is very new and clean.

Their response for fixing things within the apartment during the weekends is slow or doesn’t happen. My air conditioning was broken and I put in a request for it to be fixed, but since it was the weekend they never did.

It's close to the train station and airport. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay here again. The only down side is if I need to contact someone by phone, it needs to be through a switzerland number. Had to borrow someone's phone. Other than that they responded back through email well.

The property was great for my stay, near the airport and train station but not noisy. No real check in/front desk and you cannot get in early or get a late check out. Very clean and safe place to stay.

Great value for money
The building is brand new, just behind the train station. You can also easily have access to trams (going to Zurich HB and airport). 5min away there are also several grocery shops.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ausserordentlich positiv Überrascht hat mich die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice, welcher zwar nicht vor Ort ist sondern per Telefon oder Email erreichbar. Ich hatte per Email mehrheitlich Kontakt wegen unterschiedlichen Anliegen und habe in kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung erhalten, alle Anliegen wurden zeitnah erledigt ohne nachfragen zu müssen, einfach wirklich top!

Buena ubicación y calidad precio
Los apartamentos super bien, cocinetas bien equipadas con lo básico. El edificio y los cuartos con muy buena limpieza. Los huéspedes son cochinos y dejan tirada la basura y sus latas de cerveza entre otras cosas afuera en la calle, esto tiene que ver con su educación, estaría bien que tengan mejor filtro de inquilinos. Por el resto todo bien. Y la estación de tren y tram literal enfrente lo que hace la ubicación céntrica y cómodo con el centro de Zurich.

L'hotel est très bien, propre, moderne et confortable, par contre le check in se fait avant l'arrivée par mail, mais je n'ai pas recu les information, il a donc fallu que je gère avec le bar le jour de mon arrivée, il y a un manque de communication de l'hotel et de hotel.com avant l'arrivée sur le processus particulier de check in en ligne
