Overall it did the job for a cheap one night stay. However the room and floor felt dirty. Additionally, the shower door did not close properly and covered the small room in water. As an American it did not live up to my standards even for a cheap hotel.

Hotel is very convenient location wise for airport travel. Comfortable and convenient. However, the rooms are warm as the AC doesn’t kick on normally and by opening the window the planes flying overhead are very loud.

it’s real easy to get to via the #10 & #12 tram. the lobby feels a bit cramped and the room is tiny. it’s just a place with a bed to sleep in. the small sink has a 5 ft from the bed and the shower right next to it. the toilet has a separate space, which is nice.

The showers are awful! They spray more air than water - which is not in short supply in Zurich - and it is the most unsatisfying shower imaginable. Seems to me taking economy way too far.

We stayed there for 2 nights everything went well until it was time to checkout. Spoke with a staff member the night before about possibly storing our bags for 2 hrs after checking out. He said no problem however the next day Abigail was the only extremely RUDE person there and she said NO. I don’t know what he would say that but you have to pay to leave it.. I ask for the manager who was not there, she was very RUDE and unhelpful and had the don’t care attitude even after she was told I was going to document it.. Horrible customer service, don’t care and just straight up RUDE!!!!!!

The hotel is only 7 min to airport via tram, but that means you can hear the airplanes through out the day and night. No eating options in the area, you have to take the tram to the city center.

The ibis is well situated near the airport, right on the tram line which provides convenient transportation to both the airport and the Train Station.

The staff lied to us about how quickly we could walk to their location from the airport and also that the team was unavailable when it actually was. It cost us a lot to get there via taxi

This is a great place if you want in and out of the Zurich airport really fast! Tram is across the street from the hotel and has routes to and from everywhere. The breakfast area is clean and has many options to choose from. Starts very early if you have trains and plane to catch. Staff is very friendly! The rooms are no frill but that all some people need, a place to shower and sleep. We were very happy with this hotel

The hotel is two tram stops away from the airport and easy to find. The property is absolutely immaculate: all the common spaces and the rooms. There are several snack and beverage machines available along with a coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast is available for an extra fee and well worth it: cheeses, meats, yogurts, seasonal fresh fruits, cereals, breads and rolls, soft to hard boiled eggs to order, milk, lactose free milk, coffee machines, juices and water. The staff was very friendly and easily transitioned between languages. The rooms are economically priced with European style bathrooms in their small rooms; a water closet (toilet) is separate from the open to the room shower/sink area. The wifi worked fine. There are darken curtains and plenty of towels in the rooms. As in other European hotels, there are no washcloths. The Ibis Budget Hotel is affordably priced and, by American standards, a steal! We will continue to use this hotel and chain.

A few minutes from the ZRH airport which was kind of the point of the choice in making the stay. Room was relatively small but had everything you need for just a night. Did not use the tram/metro but located right across the hotel great for those that will use as a mode of transportation.

It was only 2 stations away from the airport. Room was small but clean and efficient. One issue with bathroom light which they fixed immediately. Breakfast was very good.

Nextdoor to tram and bus stop so get to Zurich in Minutes. Rooms a bit small...only one foot from the bed to the wall. But reasonably priced. Decent breakfast.

Property was ok. It says budget and it is super basic- very budget. My only problem was at check in no one mentioned about breakfast available in the hotel and the restaurant is hiding at the back

Hello, I have a complain with the hotel. When I booked my reservation in the hotel I chose the option of paying in the hotel and 5 days before they charged me a quantity and the hotel told me that this was for guarantee of my staying there and when I do the check out they money will come back to my bank account and that has not happened yet. It has been 9 days since we stayed there and I don’t have my money back. I hope you can help me with this and contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
