The only thing I would want to change…. We were in the lobby after midnight trying to work on some flight issues. The background music was so loud and too rock and roll for that late at night. Hard to make phone calls. Other than that I loved the place.

It’s a novel concept and reasonable price to stay for a stopover in Zurich if you just need to shower, sleep and want to explore the Old Town for a day / night. This is a hostel atmosphere. If you want a private bathroom and space, there are hotels nearby. This was perfect for my purposes (arriving at 6:00PM, explore, come back to shower, sleep and grab a flight at 10:00AM the next morning.) The bed was comfortable. Enough chargers / charging types in the pods (I was able to use my lightening cable in the USB port.) The areas between capsules are definitely not soundproof - I could hear snoring and people speaking from within the pods. But once my pod door was shut I wasn’t able to hear much, if anything. I loved that there were women only pods. The common areas were well maintained. I do feel like maybe conference call rooms / private mini closets might be an idea like they do in open co working spaces - I would’ve liked to call home but didn’t want to do it in the open area (some people were sitting in full on conference calls in the common areas - do you boo) and I also didn’t want to disturb anyone by doing so from my pod. All common areas and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. As were the pods themselves. Good selection of alcoholic and NA libations at the bar. Very friendly staff as well that deserve a shoutout.

Extremely convenient location for those coming in on late night flights or flying out on early morning flights. Very spacious and clean capsules. Great shower rooms too. Just a note for those taking the upper capsule, like myself, that the angle of the ladder is rather steep and there's a lack of hand hold on one side so it could get a little challenging going up and down.

This is a great concept for an airport hotel and it had a nice relaxing atmosphere. I wasn't crazy about having to leave my suitcase outside the capsule, but all was well. I would definitely stay here again or recommend the experience to anyone!

It was my first time sleeping in a capsule hotel and this hotel was a great experience. The common area was nice and spacious. Encourages socializing with other solo travellers. This was so convenient as it was just next to the airport. I arrived close to midnight and needed a place to stay. The capsule is as pictured. I believe it was a twin bed. There is a mirror and good lighting inside plus i vent! The shared washroom was clean and organized. I just had a small hiccup with check in as my reservation didn't appear in the kiosk machine but staff there was helpful.

Can't rate staff & service or area around the property, but the room itself was perfect for my needs. Maybe a 10 minute walk after I got off my flight, so I could go straight to bed and get a good night sleep before my early morning flight. Good price, and perfect for a solid night sleep on a transit.

Was a nice place - the capsule made me feel like I was in a coffin, though. It was my first time staying in a place like this, so now I know it is not for me, but the facility was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Let’s just saw after a certain age capsule hotels are not fun and chic. I had to book at another hotel in the area. Could not stay there. Felt like a wee puppy locked in a windowless kennel. Or alternatively felt like I was sleeping in an IKEA shelf unit with sliding doors - my bunk being one of the shelves.

It is a fun hotel. I enjoyed the experience of sleeping in a pod. The bathrooms and showers were outside the rooms but clean and serviceable. The price was the best part. My pod was slightly bigger than most and cost only $76 with taxes. I would go back again. It is just outside the Zurich Airport, so close it is considered inside.

It was inexpensive and convenient for an overnight layover in Zurich. I was able to get a good night’s sleep and have a shower in the morning before my transatlantic flight. The staff serving breakfast were not especially helpful but check in and check out was extremely easy.

Easy to find, very close to terminals, my only pleas that my capsule was unbearably hot and nothing could be done about it. Ended up getting a few hours sleep with the door open.

Hi Andrew, thanks for the feedback. Our rooms are heated 7 cooled over. central system. The rooms are cooled down to 18 degree, which gives an average temperature of 20 degrees in the capsules. Of course it is always very individual, what temperature is preferred to sleep. I am sorry to hear that for you the 21 degrees were too hot.We hope you still could enjoy your stay with us. Super convenient and cheap if you’re just on an overnight layover. Never been in a cube hotel and it was great. It is a bit stuffy though and yes I had all of the vents uncovered. More fresh air would make it better.

I used this hotel to rest during my long transit time. The hotel is convenient to access from the arrival & departure area and Co-op, and it is comfortable to stay. The capsule and common area, including the bath and toilet, were very clean, and the common areas (cafe& bar area) were really cosy.
