Newly renovated home with lots of space to stretch out & rest. Minutes from EMU, U of M, Mott & VA Hospitals, Metro Airport, 35 min to Downtown Detroit.
This is a 4 bedroom home. You will have access to between 2 to 4 bedrms, based on how many guests stay at the home (access to the two 2nd level bedrooms will be locked with 1 to 3 guests). You will still have access to the other areas in the home (family room, kitchen, & full bathroom).

Visit to Ann Arbor
I stayed at this property while visiting family in Ann Arbor. It was about 20 minutes to get to AA but was worth it. I enjoyed the quiet location in Ypsilanti and easy access to parks and shopping. The house offered everything needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe.

Used it to get ready for a wedding and sleep overnight, it was nice, good TV selections, very soft bed. To soft for me but husband loved it. Very nice size and could hold a few more people. Comfortably

This property was perfect for our stay in the Ann Arbor area. The hosts were awesome and great at communicating. We were close to restaurants and shopping.

I will start out by saying this property was fairly inexpensive to stay at, so you get what you pay for. My biggest issue was safety at this place. The ramp leading into the door was not secure and there were multiple areas of the house that had loose flooring. The house overall is a little small, but that was expected when we booked. Having 6 beds was a plus, although 2 of the bedrooms don't have air conditioners and one upstairs that did, the AC did not work. House was fairly dated but that was OK given the price. The pictures for the listing make it look a little better than it is. Beds/Furniture in the house has defintely been worn out and should b replaced. We use this to stay for Michigan football game, so being close to Ann Arbor was a plus. In the end, its not a terrible place, just need to secure some of these safety concerns and update some areas and it will be a big upgrade. The owners were very good to work with. Responded immediately to questions and were very helpful with clean up and providing items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Clean, new bathroom, improvements needed
the picture does not show the ramp that leads up to the main entrance and the wood is under is a trip hazard. There is also a trip hazard in kitchen with a board coming out and a piece of the wall coming out. The couch looked comfy in the pics, but was sunken in and one side didn't work on the recliner. Beds were comfy and bathroom nice but proably won't return.

Unexpected Welcome
Property in marginal shape and arrived to find power out in Kitchen, LR, and Bdrm. Property was listed at a rate before insurance, cleaning fee, pet fee, and other obscure undisclosed charges. Owners were responsive to concern about power and agreed to refund cleaning fee and pet fee but not full refund. Feels a bit wrong.
