This hotel was highly rated so we booked it. However, at the current time it was not cleaned well. The floor of the restaurant at breakfast had broken glass (from the previous night perhaps) and all sorts of rubbish. The carpet in the corridors had not been cleaned; the windows were dirty. The reception area was dark and unwelcoming. Little touches could improve it significantly.

Ok for the night
Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice and served like a primary school canteen. Location not good there are better hotels in Yalova centre or Termal you can go to. You need to wear a swimming hat in the pool which is not advertised. Bed comfortable though and room a good size. Decor needs some tlc, the bathroom especially. It clearly hadn't been looked at since the hotel was built. Personally I would not stay here again.

Lova Hotel is my favorite in Yalova clean tidy comfortable customer service is amazing right when you check in you are greated by Aziza and the always smiling gentle men at front desk i cant complain about anything spa and swimming pool are awesome will be back soon

A great experience with a spa and friendly staff
It was an amazing stay, the hotel is a new modern building with spacious rooms, great food, a wonderful spa as well as nicely equipped gym and have to point it out one of the most helpful and friendly staff i come across.

Need to be more better.
In the past was very good hotel if talking about cleaning or breakfast but now the breakfast too poooor and they only refull the shampoo and the teabags and kaffe without cleaning the room.

Hotel Lova is a very calm and quite hotel and the reception was very friendly in arranging my taxi back to airport and also to extend my stay for late checkout. The rooms were big and has a good balcony. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Areas which require improvement from the hotels side are 1. Have someone to assist guests with their luggage from taxi and back to taxi. 2. WiFi was very weak even after informing 3 times and had to use cellular data after losing hope. 3. Carpet is a very wrong choice in the room and looks dirty especially during corona it feels uncomfortable.
