"Our stay was good and comfortable. However, the oven of the stove was not working, WiFi was not available half our stay and it’s not free. The kids room is cramped and hot with no air conditioning. The owner has not returned the refundable deposit and is not responding to any form of communication. The mosquito net in the studio was not the proper size therefore was ineffective. "

"The chalet was ready when we arrived, clean, orderly, towels and linens, etc. I had reserved and paid online, and the security people at the gate had not been informed, but a manager soon arrived and all was sorted out without any problem or substantial delay."

"We had an amazing stay in this secluded lodge. We had a transfer by boat and we greeted by staff on the pier which was a lovely touch. The tents are super comfortable, and the pool and pier areas are great places to hang out. The restaurant has a good selection of both food and drinks. This is indeed an exotic hideaway and can be highly recommended. "
