This is not a 5 star accommodation but the staff were fantastic the price almost too cheap. The bathroom had been newly renovated and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and the low price attracted us but there were excessive number electrical cords that were potential trip hazards in the room. The free wifi didn't work. The dining experience was poor as we couldn't eat the special for the day. Chicken and veg plus a dessert. The veg was inedible and we returned it with a complaint. The dessert was okay though. To be fair the staff were very apologetic and paid us a meal back and offered us a free additional wine which we accepted. We really enjoyed the township though as it was a very clean, tidy town between Stanley and Bernie. A lovely area.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There is no air-conditioning or ceiling fans. We had a desk fan in our room which did the job but was a bit noisy to have right next to the bed.

Very competitive rate, great bistro food and wonderful staff. My room was comfortable with bar fridge, kettle, and toaster, Complimentary coffee/tea and limited UHT milk. No AC, room had ceiling fan and a plug in heater. Room has older decor and not all lights worked. Amenities (cups etc) were not particularly clean. Overall a solid 3.5/5 stars. I’d stay again. 👍

On arrival Hospitality . Billy offered to carry luggage up to room. Nicole and Allie run the bar (and the the nicely quirky locals) excellently :) Wayne was helpful and attentive with room service, thanks mate. Food was great (Weds night porterhouse special mouthwatering) Fun and lively waterside pub with over a century of history. She’s an old girl with a few age-related acceptable blemishes here and there but you can’t fault the locals for hospitality and friendliness. Looking forward to staying again, let’s get the guitars out for another song or two :) Keep up the great work team :)

Not enough room to have a small table or shelf to make tea. Some feral people outside at night brought police which wasn’t fair on local business. Place was clean if a little overdue for paint and a few things repairing. Still a nice area to stay and friendly people.

The hotel room was unpleasant not at all suitable. Light bulb missing etc. Worst of all there were mice in the room. I don't recommend the place at all.
