Room smelled of smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. Very minimal breakfast and was told at check in had to pay $50 for incidentals and will be refunded sometime in future. TV doesn't have a guide and closed caption didn't work.

Excellent and always! Nice and polite staff and very clean rooms. Always a confort when we stay and it's the only place we stay when we travel to Worland.

With Expedia booked rooms we are unable to charge the charge any additional amount then what you originally booked. If you have received additional charges I would suggest reaching out the Expedia help desk for further explanation of additional charges! Spent one night. Room was small, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice location if bringing a dog that needs to be walked. Nothing fancy, but the front desk was pleasant and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

The air conditioner didn't work properly. The breaker kept tripping through the night. We didn't get a good nights rest.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I did see you in house review and replied to it. If you had come to the desk or called, I easily could have moved your room. The hot water issue was the handle was on backward, so hot was cold and the opposite.. I have contacted a plumber to come and make sure everything is on the way it should be. The alarm clock and usb ports simply did not work because the were not plugged in. I have talked with housekeeping to make sure they are checking these things when they are cleaning. I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.

Great staff!
The front desk clerk was training but was very attentive when our tv didn’t work. She had the manager within 3 minutes and he figured the problem out right away, and, brought the girl with him as part of training. Room was clean and service excellent! Would definitely stay here again.
