Family run inn with high standard for cleanliness. Everything felt great. Modest rooms and no view in our room but a nice patio and grassy area. We loved the location, a short walk across a lovely bridge into town and restaurants and movie theater even closer.

Property grew on us the longer we stayed. Clean, comfortable room with extra touches like long bath towels. Easy, close parking, close to downtown area. Would stay here again.

Country quiet
Very sweet little motel . No staff here, you check yourself in. It’s a lovely setting. Quiet and very clean. Coffee in the room microwave and fridge help the traveling through folks. Lovely 2 night stay.

We are pleased you liked our inn. Due to local staffing issues, we are there all day performing our intensive 5 star cleaning processes but we run our front desk on an on call basis. We immediately respond to guests via text or phone call and are available to give in person assistance within 5 minutes or less guaranteed. Our room on the main level was very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Whatever we wanted that was not in our room, we found in the reception lobby. Wifi and air con worked well. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this cute town.

It had been a long drive. We had no expectations. The entire family felt immediately at home. It was clean, comfortable, homey. We were talking about how nice it would be to come back well before we left. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location close to town and the trails. The owners were wonderful to provide ice, plates, utensils, etc. in the lobby which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Due to a mistake on our part, we needed to change rooms while we were there. The host was very accommodating and, as a result, we had the chance to see two different rooms. While both locations were great, if you have a chance to upgrade to the suite, I highly recommend it. The only challenge was that the driveway and parking lot are all gravel, which presents challenges to motorcycle riders.

We stayed for 2 nights at Deluxe King Raven A room. It was a very clean and nice room. The hot tub was great. It was great to see wildlife visitors from the room and terrace. There was a map for walking to the downtown, which was helpful. If we have a chance to come back this area, we will definitely stay at the same room.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable stay
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I was immensely impressed with how clean the entire unit was. In addition, the unit was devoid of any harsh chemical or cleaner smells which is a must for me. This was also one of the most peaceful retreats I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy. I stayed in the Raven Ridge B suite and was surprised with not one but three sliding glass doors that all opened out into beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens. Each day I saw mule deer, butterflies and birds behind the back porch area the unit opened up to. The back porch had a lounger chair, couch and end table and pub table and chairs! The cushions had lost much of their support but it was still a beautiful place to lounge and just take in the scenery. I was very pleased with the comfort of the bed and that they had plenty of hangers for me to hang my clothes in the. Parking was easy and plentiful although getting back out onto the highway you have to inch out slowly as the Mt Gardener Inn’s neighbors foliage blocks your view a bit to the West. I needed a kitchen and the Raven Ridge B suite did not disappoint. It had all the utensils and cooking tools I needed along with a microwave, full size fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher with linens and soap. I even requested a blender and the amazing hosts ensured it was in the kitchen and clean upon my arrival! The hosts - they were fabulous as well. My calls were always answered with up beat voices and helpful answers.

A lovely quiet Inn in a fantastic location . In a very convenient location close to Winthrop and some fantastic trails . Loved our room with our outdoor seating looking over the beautiful garden . Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Mt Gardner Inn. Room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the back patio out to a grassy area. Convenient location, but tucked away so it’s quiet & feels like you’re further out in the country. Self check-in was super easy & quick.
