Overall, it was good experience. The property was old and needs maintenance like improved heating and lighting. It was bit cold and heating system was too slow. However, the staff was cooperative and offered us more blankets.

The property was nice out front by the main office but the motel rooms that were back off to the South were old and needed to be updated. The parking lot in the back by those apartments is gravel while supposed to be gravel there isn't one stitch of gravel there it's muddy it's dirty and behind the the garages the little storage buildings that are out there is a whole bunch of garbage and stuff from transient people. It all needs to be dealt with

Last minute check in as oir plans fell through. Quick check in, room was decent for the price and the bed and pillows were exceptional. Will definitely stay again if needed when in Windsor.

Its a great motel. But if you're going to leave early on your last day ask how to check out when you arrive. When I went to leave, the office was closed so I just left the key in the room.

I made a reservation with the comment that I would arrive around 11pm, but after making the reservation I found out that the check in time was until 10pm, I hurried, but when I arrived at 10:30pm it was closed and the intercom and phone were not working.

The place is run down and needs to be renovated. The carpets are dirty and we’re never swept. The bed was old and badly stained. The sheets were clean but never changed while we were there in 12 days. Towels were changed. It is not a 5 rating but a 3 or less in my opinion. We had a very bad investigation of ants. We bought ant spray and traps to deal with the bugs. The office staff were not concerned about the bugs. Also many drug dealers frequently milled around the premises. Hotels.Co would do well not to advertise this property in my opinion.

Did not realize that the hotel was in a area of Windsor that is high traffic for homelessness. He was rudely awoken at 6:45 in the morning from a elderly man who was drunk asking for a ride to the airport. Guess this could happen at any hotel but at the end of the day when I’m spending $78 plus tax night I expect a little bit more security.

The tub in our room was very rusty. The room smelled heavily of smoke covered up with cleaner. The toilet barely worked. The only way to lock the door from the outside was with the knob lock. Could’ve easily kicked the door in. There was an old dirty mattress on the ground behind our room. Very sketchy area. Rooms on the other side seemed a bit in a better area. Cheap rate, get what you pay for.

We didnt mind booking an older place, but expected at least new bedding, and a better secure door. The quilt had holes, and was pretty aged. The mattress, was not padded, very hard. Many of the outlets would not hold the plogs in place, we managed to find one, husband has a C=cap machine.Door frame was in need of fixing, and had to jimmy door knob to get the door open.

The cost to stay one night was reasonable. The condition of the rooms were aweful. The first room i was shown the bathroom looked like it needed alot of renovations were needed and the frig was broken and had towels wrapped around it. The second room i was shown the calbe for the tv was broken and not working and the electricity was flickering. The third room that i was shown was ok but not a very clean room. Also upon day of checkout the housekeeping staff kept bothering me right up to the point i had to remind her that i knew when i had to checkout. I won't stay there again.

Yuck.
The room was extremely out dated. There were several drug users oitside. Pulling carts and in the dumpster. It was stuffy and smelly in the room. I will not be returning.
