Great Eclipse Stay
We spent 4 nights at Sundown and had a great time. The home is in fact tiny, but comes fully furnished with anything you might need and the outdoor area is superb with plenty of outdoor seating. Would highly recommend staying here as there is plenty to do in the Wimberly area. We were visiting during the eclipse and the property owners provided a very cool eclpse gift bag with glasses and treats, including moon pies, sun chips, milky way, etc.

Great experience!

Breather
2nd time at this location...its so relaxing & peaceful...We enjoyed ourselves & so did our 2 fur babies! This was just what we needed to take a little Breather away from work & also for my husband take a break from doing phones/ doing calls(tow truck/owner operator) ....Hot tube was Amazing, Grilling was Great & Best of all is always being together & making Memories ♥️

Country charm close to downtown
Sundown was lovely and perfect for those that want to feel away from it all while still being a short drive to downtown. Very pet friendly property, which we greatly appreciated!

Wonderful!
We loved our stay! It’s in a great location and we really enjoyed the amenities! We utilized the hot tub every night! Cooked out a wonderful meal on the grill and watched the thunderstorm from the hammock! Everything was clean and organized! Great communication from the owners !!!

Great Weekend Get-a-way
Wife and I always wanted to stay in a tiny house. This was the perfect experience for us. Surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful. Close to town to pop in for food and shopping. This is just what we needed for a weekend get-a-way.

We booked this trip for our first wedding anniversary and brought along our dog who enjoyed the trip. The private backyard was definitely the highlight of the booking, and we felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the fire pit and having the opportunity to be in nature with only being 10 minutes away from downtown. The loft bed was absolutely cute, but not the most comfortable. But definitely not a deal breaker! We will definitely suggest this tiny home to friends and family if they ever venture out to Wimberley.

Charming house for two
We very much enjoyed our time at tiny house. I was perfect for us!! The house was charming and the back and front yard was amazing. We very much enjoyed being around nature and enjoying the quiet. Would highly recommend the charming tiny house for a perfect couples getaway.

Very fun property
My stay here was great. I enjoyed the bbq (although there wasn’t anything provided to clean it out after using it), and the fire pit. The outdoor area is really lovely. My dogs loved exploring the large lot. Only problems were: It was too warm inside as the weather was very warm while I was there (low eighties) and I could not figure out how to change from heat to AC with the remote control. Even at night it was too warm and I had to open the door to let cooler air in intermittently. Also I would suggest cutting the smaller stumps in the outdoor area flat to the ground. They were left at 3-4” heights and are easy to trip on. One of my dogs had a toenail ripped off when she was running around and landed on a stump. I definitely recommend staying here overall!

Our Tiny House Adventure
Staying in a tiny house was on my bucket list and the sundown home was perfect to market this off of our list. The home is adorable in decor and size. The outdoor space adds to the experience from the jacuzzi to the outdoor fire pit. It was the perfect spot for our anniversary get away. Minutes away from downtown wimberly made for easy access to restaurants and shops. Can't wait to go back!

Cozy Tiny Home - Great Place for R&R!
My husband & I stayed over the long holiday weekend to enjoy several days with just each other & this place met all expectations! The loft bed was surprisingly comfortable. We went to the market & did some shopping & walking & the hot tub felt amazing just like we’d hoped upon our return. Every corner of the house is well used & thought-out. The shower was comfortable & felt great. We mostly enjoyed evenings snuggled on the couch watching movies after spending our days roaming through town. The house is very comfortable.

This was a beautiful, private area that is close to some shops and the main town square. At night, all you can hear is nature. It’s so wonderful!

Cutest place ever!
I came here for the sole purpose of staying in this tiny house! It was so adorable! Well decorated, comfortable, wonderful outdoor spaces. Loved the hot tub. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely little house
We had such a great time here! The hot tub, the fire pit, the hammock were all amazing. Like a mile to H-E-B and sufficient kitchen necessities for us to cook. Inside was nice and didn’t feel cramped. Loved the foldable table especially. Our dog Scooby had a great time, but we couldn’t let him off leash in the yard because we were afraid he’d just snoop around underneath the house. But he loved the rest of the yard and we set him up on a tether in the front to relax with us outside.

Fun little getaway
We enjoyed our stay in Wimberly! The house was nice and clean. We took our dog and we liked that everything was gated so she was able to walk around and explore. We also loved how close the house was to all the shops and Jacob’s Well.

My fiancee and I loved our short getaway trip to the Sundown tiny home. We were close to everything like the shopping square, hikes, wineries, etc. All necessary amenities were included in the home and it was super cozy and a relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and the outdoor firepit were a big addition to the stay! Thanks for hosting us.

Great place for a little getaway
Spent two nights here with my wife. Wimberley is a beautiful town, with great places to eat! This was our first time staying in a tiny house/studio. What a great experience! The weather was not very cooperative, however the outside area has everything you need to have a great evening outdoors (BBQ Pit, Fire Place, outdoor lights, hammock). We would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

I don't have the words to express how perfect this place is and the memories we made here. First off, I AM ENGAGED :) but the property was so secluded and quiet, the hot tub was perfect for soaking at night, and I think we are sold on tiny living. Everything we needed was already supplied when we got there, including dog towels and some treats. The little skinny kitty was a nice touch too haha. Long story short - if you get a chance to book this property... DO IT!!! So close to town and the water without the "vacation rental" vibe. It truly felt like home.

Spacious lot and very private. Some inaccurate information or incomplete information. No instructions on how to use Roku. There was a sign that said do not take these chairs outdoors. There was only one chair. For a four-night stay, only one dishtowel was totally inadequate. Instructions for recycling were outdated. There is no recycling.

For future guests we just want to mention that the chair will be right back! It's just out for a quick repair at the upholstery shop. And our private trash service recently quit picking up recycling for us. I took down the large recycling sign and just forgot that I also mentioned it in our house rules on the fridge. I'll update that! We hope to find a replacement service soon that will collect recycling, though. And we're always just a phone call away if our guests need anything during their stay.

Nice place.
Nice place and close to town. I only have one complaint. The adjoining property and the place across the street both had dogs who barked and it was not as quiet as I would of liked. I took my dog which was super nice and the yard was fenced for her but I guess I am use to my non barking dog. The place was clean and maintained and the tree lights were great!

Great house! Perfect property! We were looking for a long weekend getaway with our 2 dogs. This tiny house fit the need perfectly. The house was wonderful - comfortable, all the necessities, a hot tub! And the fenced yard was great for our dogs! Thanks for the nice linens, towels, dishes and the first mornings coffee. The small touches make the house!!

Loved this Place!
