This hotel definitely caters to families going to see the Ark Encounter. The room we had was very comfortable and spacious, loved the design and layout. The breakfast was great too, despite being a little crowded and chaotic feeling at times. Only downside was the kinda small pool. Just a basic rectangle, and for how many families with kids were there, it was not big enough. Our kids weren’t impressed and we didn’t linger there.

Gave us a room after we were not able to get into our Vrbo property because of a faulty entry lock. The girls at the front desk could not have been any nicer and understanding.

Was put in a room that was the service room and it was not ready. Had shoes and wet towels in it so waited for another room. Not happy we got a room that shouldn't have been booked. Good breakfast. Loud neighbors.

I liked the hotel but wasn’t impressed with the cleaning or the breakfast.the staff was friendly and helpful but cleaning was not that good.when ask for room to be cleaned the trash was taken out and bed was made but marks on bathroom were still there and where the coffee area were marks still on counter. For the price of the room you shouldn’t have to asked for it to be cleaned

Oversized rooms with big windows overlooking the Ark Encounter. Comfy beds. A little pricey but paying for the convenience to the Ark Encounter. They charge $5 for parking which is cheaper than parking fee at the venue

This place is outdated and dirty. Also, a 2 star at best with a 4 star price....OVER PRICED motel 6. Either upgrade the hotel or lower the price. The only reason this place makes any money is because of the ark encounter...no special here.

I liked the property and convenience to the Ark Encounter. They charged an extra fee for self parking that we were not aware of. Also, they were not prepared for feeding people at breakfast. They need to hire extra people to clean and put the food out. There was a lot of people eating the breakfast and they kept running out of everything. We were there for 3 days and it happened everyday. The property and rooms were clean.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth the rate that we paid. We paid almost 300/night and it was a 150/night type of hotel at best. The pool was average and there was no hot tub. The room and beds were average. A basic room that was comfortable but won’t impress you. I would stay here again but not for 300 a night.
