Our family of 5 adults stayed here. We had a blast and made lots of memories. The 4 out of 5 stars is because the water isn't potable. We never ran out of hot water though. We roasted marshmallows for smores over the firepit. My two older adult children went fishing in the paddle boat. There was a canoe but we didn't use it. There are 3 adult kayaks, 2 children kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, and lots of little islands to explore in the bay. The first 10 feet of the lake is sandy and then the lake bottom becomes healthy and mucky so there's lots of fish. The dock is in the sun all day and sunsets are well enjoyed. We saw a great blue heron, a loon family, and even an arctic tern. The deck overlooking the lake is relaxing. The large BBQ works really well. Lots of chairs and tables to enjoy whatever. There is even a small fenced area. The front porch overhang even allows you to sit in muskoka chairs when its raining or want some shade. The large livingroom TV has netflicks to use your own account and we had no internet connection or reception problems. The beds are varying in firmness, but we found everything to be clean and comfortable. The kitchen table is large enough to play games on, do puzzles on, and eat together. Definitely a fun vacation for our family.
