Avoid this rental – unsafe, poorly maintained, and unhelpful host

The location is convenient for accessing Manhattan, but the condition of the property was far below expectations. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious problems. Including: strong gas odor, a stove that did not work, broken chairs, and significant plumbing issues (some bathrooms had very low water flow, others lacked cold water). Only one key was provided for a large group, and despite the listing, there was no EV charging available.Parking was also a major issue. The information provided by the host was not accurate. Signs clearly indicate that night parking there was not allowed for non-residents. Finding legal parking during the week proved extremely difficult. Combined with the lack of support from the host, these issues made for a stressful and unsafe experience. Guests should be cautious before booking this property.

So much potential

This place looks great from the pictures and in person there was no issue there. Check-in was quick and easy but that's were the issues began. I asked how to turn on the heat because there were three thermostats and two were locked to prevent adjusting. I was told they are not locked. There is a driveway on property which I was told not to use without further explanation just instructions on where I could find parking. I asked about the grill that was advertised but later found it enthralled in vines and bush, this changed my cooking plans to the oven which was in partial working order. A very incredible looking stove is located in the kitchen but only the smaller oven of the two is functional which matched the microwave that also didn't work. I did get a response about the wi-fi details and that was good. I really did like this place and would have enjoyed my time here if the host was more responsive or just able to communicate to correct these concerns.

Bagno non funzionante e rischio infiltrazioni

La casa è grande ma più vecchia rispetto a quanto mostrato in foto. Materassi pessimi.La cosa più grave è che la vasca idromassaggio del bagno principale non è utilizzabile anche perchè provoca un problema di infiltrazioni gravi al piano inferiore.Tutto questo non è segnalato nella scheda descrittiva. L'host alle mie diostranze non ha risposto nulla ed il contact center del portale mi ha contattato solo a soggiorno finito.
