Night shift clerk was amazing and accommodating even though I checked in late help me get a perfect room and assist me with getting key card working it gave me his personal phone number of any other issues arise on other hand there were roaches that hotel smell of garbage and cigarette smoke there was food scraps and garbage on the common areas floor I don't think it was a hotel's fault I'm a stuck this hotel for a night stay not long-term temporary apartments I think a vacation was staying here it'd be a lot cleaner and smell better overall staff amazing and very accommodating and helpful booking process was simple it was great to feel sillies themselves we're not up to the par that I expected for what I paid to stay here also my booking said there was free breakfast included there is no breakfast or coffee included in the rooms or in the lobby.

The room was dirty. I dont think the floor had been vacuumed in quite sometime. The front desk attendnt was wonderful. Noone available between 10pm and 10am. Had to wait at front desk for kitchenware. No breakfast either.

They over booked the room. He said he couldn’t give me the room because he had a guest coming that was staying more nights. He then said if I paid him more money he could find a room for us. The host wasn't even present when we arrived and when he finally came to the front desk he gave me this bizzare answer.

It was very pleasant smell. Staff was amazing. We did decide not to stay here though due to the fact that it looked like something had just destroyed the furniture in the room the staff was pleasant and honest and said that all furniture in the rooms are ripped up do to animals.
