Super convenient for mid-road trip. Nothing fancy but we were not staying long. The pool was closed for maintenance (for 3 months) which was not advertised at time of booking. Worked out a partial refund the next morning with the manager - too bad it took us asking. Note: Stairs only to breakfast area.

The pool and restaurant were both closed. I had no shower curtain in my room and no phone so I had to go to the front desk to receive a shower curtain. Not a big deal to hang one but at $250 a night I was not impressed. We planned to leave at 6am and when I went to checkout there was nobody at the front desk but a sign saying “back in 10 minutes”. After waiting and the 10 minutes passing and still nobody to be seen after ringing the bell we left knowing they have my credit card on file. Check out isn’t for 2 more hours and I received no call and my card has been charged. I did leave the keys at the reception desk though to hopefully let them know we left. Overall not impressed with how expensive the night stay was for an extremely basic room and no amenities that were listed online other than the continental breakfast.

Entrance staff was so accommodating to change floors to accommodate pet and first floor to allow for someone with limited mobility. Didn’t like the location of the breakfast room on second floor at the end of the hall.
