All the staff I encountered were super nice. Rooms were a decent size. Only thing I have to complain about is that the faucet in my bathroom was leaking pretty bad. Made it difficult to sleep.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Other than the main entry, the doors need to be easier to open. Good breakfast options. Please include a wash cloth in the rooms. Completely met our needs for an over night stay.

I never really make reviews, but this one needed some attention. Our room was gross! There were a ton of stains on our bed sheets and pillowcases. We went down to ask if they could change them out for us, they said they would, but no one ever did... There was an empty toilet paper roll on the toilet paper holder. There was a broken handle on the little closet. Someone's old comb on the seat in the corner. AND there were moldy biscuits at breakfast! Front and center so pretty hard to miss if you were paying attention. Definitely not worth my 100 bucks.

The room was 60 degrees when we checked in and had such a strong musty odor we almost checked out. Rooms in the area were scarce partially due to fire fighting teams in the area so we stayed put. Would not recommend. The from desk staff was very nice and polite.

This is one of the worst customer service I have received from a hotel. We stayed for 4 night in this hotel there was no housekeeping service for the time I was here. The room smell really bad and front desk are very rude. They over booked one of the rooms we rented out. I will not be returning to this hotel again.

We had a good stay here with our little dog. The hotel was as I expected and I rated it with that mind. Not a bad place to stay at all. It's about what I expected, which was not a 5 star resort but not a crack hotel either. I'd stay here again if I was in town.
