From the beginning to the end, we were treated so good. And the most important part of our stay was the we were able to get the closet room for my 88 year old Mother, she has some walking issues so they put us on the first floor. The staff did a wonderful job looking after us. The only thing i would change add some more muffins to the breakfast items.

Night staff was very unpleasant and unkind. And was very disrespectful almost like we were inconveniencing them to do their job and check us in. Besides that great beds, showers, tv, and breakfast.

Everyone who works there seems to really care about the place and the guests. The rooms are well appointed with extra seating, storage and furniture. We were very satisfied!

Overall our room was nice. It’s a hotel that allows dogs. We did not have a dog but our room had fleas!!! Sadly staff just brushed it off when I told them.

Overnight in Wellsville
Check-in was friendly and efficient. While our room was dated and could use some improvements, it was super clean. I liked the bed, my husband found it too hard-so I guess that’s a personal thing. There’s some noise from the hall, but not too bad from other rooms. It’s good for overnight, wouldn’t want it for a long stay. Ended up with a great view of the fireworks from our window seat in our room!!
