"It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare. The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking. We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average."

"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

"The Swan Hotel in Bedford was beautiful the bedroom and bathroom was very clean, there was tea & coffee in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom provided. The Spa was amazing with all different well-being jets in the pool and the steam and Finish rooms were great. I really recommend you try the Spa at this lovely hotel and the amazing Anna's afternoon tea in all 10/10👍"

"We had such a wonderful stay here, particularly loving the stable room with its peace and quiet and enormous king bed. We arrived late and went for a walk around the Secret Garden at sunset which was completely magical .. followed by delicious food and cocktails in Harry’s Bar. I have to say the bar and serving staff were exceptional, friendly and smiling and welcoming, on a busy night they remained top class throughout. Highly recommend this hotel for a romantic break, it pressed our reset button after a stressful week."
