Clean and functional, just lacks charm
The hotel is well located next to a wonderful pretty park. There is also a great restaurant located close to the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the the building has no real character and looks like a bland 90’s hotel anywhere. The hotel appears to be used for a lot of business conferences, to which it’s style is suited. The rooms are large, clean and in excellent condition. Spa and pool facilities are well maintained but again lack any character and look like a public pool. Breakfast and food are all good quality and the staff are friendly and helpful. No real complaints. Just get the feeling you are staying in an non descript hotel on the M6 with a pool. Staff make up for lack of charm.

Off the beaten path but worth it.
Staff very helpful, room very clean, breakfast exceptional. View from my balcony was beautiful, rooms quiet. I didn't try the spa but it looked very noice I'd stay here again but recommend rental car as it is a little out of the way.

Important to me is clean rooms & bathrooms - and it was! Nice breakfast with lots of fruits, cold & hot choises. Relaxing area with three pool areas: swimming, relaxing and for children. First stay for me at this hotel but not the last!

OK - no more, no less.
Pretty average experience for a fairly high nightly rate. Brasserie in house was disappointing. Service good, but quality of food really not up to much. Local facilities are just OK. Swimming pool/spa, again average. Possible option for young family, but not for a couples retreat IMO. Been to much better all over Germany.

Fantastic hotel in a great location
One of the best hotels I've stayed in with staff who can't do enough for you and great leisure facilities this is the perfect place to get away from it all. It's location in the Saar-Hunsruck National Park is ideal for outdoor leisure pursuits from novice to expert (mountain biking/nordic walking etc) plus the Vitalis spa facilities can be utilised to just chill out and relax should the meteorological conditions not be condusive to any outdoor activities. Although located within the National Park you are only 30 minutes away from the city of Trier and its heritage or alernatively Luxembourg is only an hour away by car should a greater metropolis be required. Stayed twice so far and looking forward to visiting again.

Good value for Money, but
I was looking for a hotel in either Luxembourg or Trier and could not find a suitable value in either location. This hotel fit the bill. This is a get-away type hotel, with pool and spa facilities. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but to be expected if you are trying to get away from the city. The room was smallish, but clean, comfortable, but with the oddest entry key system I have ever encountered and I needed to get help from the staff to figure out how to open the door. The hotel appears to be very popular with the local tourists. Overall, a good value for the money, but I would not personally make this a destination and the place and only be reached with a car.

Wir haben hier Ferien gemacht. Sehr gutes Frühstück gab es hier. Leider schmeckt der Kaffee nicht. Den sehr vielseitigen Sauna- und Badebereich haben wir nach den Wanderungen oft genutzt. Zum Frühsport war allerdings noch nicht geöffnet. Wir sind jetzt im nächsten Hotel auf der Urlaubsreise. Weiskirchen war in Summe besser.

Kleine, aber feine Zimmer und tolle Wellness Anlage
Vollständiges, wenn auch kleines Zimmer mit Balkon und tolle Wellness Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und das Frühstück war trotz Corona Maßnahmen sehr gut organisiert und köstlich

Relax Tage mit Hund
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schnelles einchecken.Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon , gut gefüllte Minibar, Sitzecke und sehr gute Matratzen . Da wir einen kleinen Hund mit dabei hatten, gab es für ihn 2 Näpfchen mit Leckerchentüte .Eine Saunatasche mit Handtüchern und Latschen war bereits gepackt. Bademäntel gab es auch in großen Größen und waren sehr schön. Angrenzende Vitalissauna und Schwmmbad konnte bequem erreicht werden. Wellnessanwendungen im Haus konnten wir aber leider nicht buchen(wegen Krankheitsausfall Personal) , besser immer vorher buchen! Das Hauptrestaurant bot uns ein hervorragendes Frühstück an . Am Abend konnte man dort oder im angrenzenden Bistro speisen. Das Mehrgänge Menü hat uns nicht überzeugt. Das Essen im Bistro hat eine gute Auswahl ,zum Teil Regionale Küche, Salate schön frisch , dort durfte auch der Hund mit. An der Bar gab es gute Cocktails und wurde sowohl vor , als auch nach dem Essen von den Gästen genutzt. Das Hotel war gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet bei schönen Wetter auch eine tolle Aussenterasse und einen Biergarten. Leider war bei uns das Wetter sehr regnerisch, daher haben wir die Umgebung nur begrenzt gesehen. Wald, See, Kurpark vor Ort. Sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten . Ideal für ruhesuchende Gäste und der Luftkurort lädt zum wandern ein.

Beloofd word een mooie kamer en geen zolderkamer
Schandalige prijs voor een zolderkamer en zonder balkon, 170 euro per nacht Zwaar verouderd, prijs kwaliteit heel erg slecht. Mooie foto’s van de kamers maar als je er aan kom word je op een zolderkamer gedumpt en je kan niets doen alle kamers zijn vol (onzin)

Gerne wieder
Sobald es mir möglich ist und ich in der Region zu tun habe, übernachte ich hier. Zimmer und Bad sind nicht sehr groß und vom Mobiliar auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Was ich persönlich nicht als Nachteil empfinde. Hervorragendes Frühstück und toller Wellness Bereich.

En tant que couple, nous avons bien pu profiter du spa de l’hôtel. À noter tout de même que la dame à la réception du centre de spa était pas très accueillante de par sa manière de parler. L’hôtel en soi et en bon état. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet et offre plein de variété. Le seul point négatif est que l’hôtel n’a pas de climatisation (ou du moins je n’en ai pas trouvé dans la chambre) et cela est très désagréable dans jours chauds comme au cours de ces derniers jours

Vi havde et ophold på to nætter på en familieferie. Vi havde to værelser ved siden af hinanden. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Vi spiste begge aftener på hotellets Brasserie og fik rigtig god mad til rimelige priser - der er også en finere restaurant på hotellet. Hotellet ligger i udkanten af en mindre by, og er et kurhotel. Der er en park, hvor man kan gå tur og så er der gratis adgang til Vitalis, som er et wellness-center med stor indendørs pool med opvarmet børnepool og en større opvarmet pool med forskellige massagedyser. Der var også sauna, men den fik vi ikke afprøvet. Vi var på en udflugt til Saar Schleife, som er en smuk oplevelse (30 min. kørsel fra hotellet).

Wir hatten keine Minibar im Zimmer und der Safe funktionierte micht. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde dies in kürzester Zeit behoben. Bademäntel, Badetücher, Hausschuhe, Tasche fürs Schwimmbad isz alles kostenfrei vorhanden. Der Preisunterschied für Dopoelbett oder französisches Bett ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Fehlende Sonnenschirme im Außenbereich des Schwimmbades. Liegen sind vorhanden.

På tur i området.
