"There was no bottle opener. The A/C was horribly noisy. The windows were filthy. The bed was awful, like sleeping in a trough. The stairs are steep and not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. No TV instructions. The room was clean."

"Excellent property. Just what I needed. Had family and friends visit with permission from the property manager. I did make a couple of suggestions that could make the property even better. Hopefully they’ll be done. I’ll definitely book there another time."

Jun 23, 2019This is my husband's hometown and his family lives here so we visit anually. Check out Levetto's Pizza and if you have kids, enjoy Waterloo Park.

Apr 21, 2019We enjoyed our brief visit to Waterloo. It's unfortunate that our accommodations at the Inn of Waterloo stood in complete contrast to our impressions of the town and surrounding area. Next time we will stay at a better property.

Mar 18, 2019Don't come here expecting a big city vibe or ammenities. No PPV sports events, boxing / MMA, etc. Simple small town feel and look with a huge student population. Respect and adjust. Go to Angies Diner and Bakery. Unforgettable cinnamon rolls!!!
