We are so happy to have hosted you here for the 4th of July with your family. The 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and private pool with fun water slide are always a big hit with kids of ALL ages. We strive to make sure house is clean and stocked with everything to make your stay AWESOME. Come again and again for sure!!!

So so glad house was perfect for your needs and I appreciate the feed back on the job new cleaners are doing. Most 4 bedroom 2 bath houses charge double what we do for the cleaning fee. At only $125 we maybe don’t get the deep clean we should. We will definitely review this and make necessary changes. Must be clean and sparkling so maybe need to up the charge and have cleaners longer in between guests to insure that. Come again and often!!!!

The house is set up for fun and relaxation and we do everything in our power to make sure our guests have a worry free stay in a clean and quiet and private oasis. We are excited to have the house on schedule have the interior painted within the next few months and we expect that to really brighten and freshen it up. So very sorry that you had a negative experience. Thank you for the 2 of the 9 loads that you started before leaving. It really does help so much when every bath towel and every pool towel was used. Most owners only provide one towel per guest but I provide about 5 per guest. House is booked solid but we do have it scheduled for interior paint this year. Your group would have required at least 3 standard hotel rooms so we are confident that our 4 bedroom 2 full bath house with private pool and fully equipped kitchen so you wouldn’t need to eat out for every meal was an incredible value as those 3 basic rooms would have cost you over $700 per night compared to the $280 for over 4 times the space plus the need to pay for 8 people to eat out for every meal. We only just ask that guests strip sheets and pillowcases from beds and start loads as they are leaving. This way we can keep checkout at 11 instead of the customary 10 am. We charge about 1/3 the normal cleaning fee on a 4 bed 2 bath house so we do ask for that help to mitigate the time that 10 loads of laundry takes. It hasn’t seemed to be an issue for guests to just throw a few loads in as they pack up to leave. We ask that they just pile clean on counter and leave dirty on floor in laundry room. I’m so sorry you felt badgered. I only received one response from you so not sure how that was an inconvenience. We just used a new cleaning service prior to your check in so I will definitely mention that 2 wrappers were found under a bed. Again we apologize that your experience was not the usual for the majority of our guests. Most come again and again. We really do work extra hard to create a very cost effective and enjoyable space for multi family get always. DebbieJoy

Oh I so wish I would have known about the bulbs. I have hundreds of spares available in a bin in laundry room for guests to use and replace as needed. Paint is on schedule but difficult to fit in as house booked pretty solid. So glad you enjoyed the house and private pool and water slide. Incredible value compared to motel rooms here during spring break. They can charge up to $750 for a standard room sometimes. We hope you will come again DebbieJoy

So glad house worked great for you. I wish I would have known you didn’t see the enormous amount of toiletries under both bathroom sinks. We supply body wash and bar soap and shampoo and conditioner in bulk. Come again when weather is better. It has been an unusual spring. Temps are now finally warming up close to normal. I have no limits on what degree you set a/c. You could turn down as low as needed. I so wish you would have called or texted me. Your comfort is of the utmost importance. The thermostat is totally available for you to set at whatever your comfort level is. So so sorry that happened DebbieJoy
