Cedar Haus Stay

We stayed in the cedar house for our daughter’s wedding. The house was just a couple blocks from the church and a few blocks from the river front. The house was beautiful and as described. We had a little snafu with the code not working but the hosts quickly fixed the issue and we were able to get into the house. Highly recommend this place.

Great house!

Zero complaints. Great house. All 6 bedrooms were a good size, comfortable beds. Very modern interior, 5 nice bathrooms. Good location, within 2 or 3 blocks from the riverfront where all the restaurants and bars are. We got there early about 1 pm, and they let us in early. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay for our large ladies group!

We booked the full house and had a wonderful stay with a group of 10 ladies from our church. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. It was very nice having so many bathrooms and bedrooms throughout the house. The hosts are the most attentive and friendly I’ve ever dealt with. They truly make you feel like they are glad you’re staying there. The double driveways made parking easy and there was plenty of room for our van and box trailer.

Excellent Retreat Destination

My department of 7 stayed at the Cedar House for a staff retreat! The second level is awesome with three space to move to gather and work. We used the deck for morning meetings and moved inside for the afternoon and evening. Walking distance from great restaurants and nightlife. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for meal prep if needed. Extremely clean and welcoming! I would stay here again and again. Would be awesome for a weekend away with friends! Hosts are the best!!! Thank you!

Look no further!

Look no further! This is one of the most accommodating homes to stay as guests. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 14 people. We visited the Augusta wineries via bus and walked to breakfast just down the street. The hosts were 5-star for sure and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free and relaxed weekend! We are already planning for 2024 and will book this beautiful home again. :) Thank you for your hospitality!

What a house!

We’ve stayed in many rental homes all over the world, and this house was really just amazing! It was SO clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were so nice! The hosts were so responsive, one even stopped by the house when we were having trouble with the air units on the wall. Such a great place!

Exceptional house

The house was perfect for our family to gather to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary. We rented both sides and had plenty of room for everyone. The location is close enough to walk to the shops downtown. The house has two decks where we spent a lot of time. The house was very clean and had nice linens and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. They provided gates for the stairs and had pack 'n plays. Communication was great, they text us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. It's the second time we've stayed at this house and it's wonderful.

Family Trip to Celebrate Christmas

We loved the house and area. It was perfect for us to meet together. We all met up together from Indiana, Michigan and Kansas. Nice walk to go get coffee or shop along the river. This house was perfect with all the bedrooms and space as we have 5 married couples in our family and 4 younger adults. So we had our own space but also plenty of space for all of us to be together to eat and play games.

We rented both sides of the house for bridal party to stay at. The setup allowed for separation of the groups while still being together. There was plenty of room and everything was as advertised. Very clean and good location to walk to many bars/restaurants. Dog friendly with a fenced backyard. Would stay again.
