We were in town for a artist retreat at the Anthem Stories building. with the Paper Crown business. We were out of the house most of the time and ate out many times. THough we were out of the house most of the time we found it very cozy and welcoming. Felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. by the way I love bears also.

Two friends who met up halfway and had a wonderful time catching up on the screened in and shady porch. House was very clean. Kitchen stocked well with everything we might need. Instructions were clear and everything was labeled for quick access. Our favorite thing of course, was relaxing on the porch. Southern charm at it’s best.

Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee with friends. The house is located in a perfect location. It’s just a couple of minutes to Magnolia Silos, great restaurants nearby, pretty parks, and lots of places to shop. The house has everything you would need & more! I would definitely stay there again!

Bearadise Bungalow is a charming, very clean and cozy vacation rental. The bungalow had everything one could want or need. It is centrally located to all things in Waco. The neighborhood is very quite at night.

I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals and I believe this was the cleanest and most comfortable rental I've booked. Even the twin bed (usually uncomfortable in rentals) was very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The manager responds promptly to texts. I would definitely stay again.

Great amenities, and we absolutely loved the enclosed front porch with heater as well as the security system for peace of mind during your stay. Plenty of areas for friends and family to sit and chat or eat together. Beds are comfortable and the bear theme was great since we were there to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. We had everything we needed and more. Every drawer and cabinet is labeled so you don’t have to search for items. Very well organized and made for a painless stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!
