Very nice cabin
This is a nice, quiet campground located just outside Waco so that you feel you're in the country and yet close to town. The cabin was well done and made for a great stay.

Very comfortable bed, slept well. Coffee maker with coffee and real cream in refrigerator. Small but it did the job for 2 people and it was quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful Parents Weekend Stay
The property was fantastic. We will definitely be back! It was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the RV resort was quiet but had great people staying there! Very close to the Homestead Cafe which was a great restaurant!! We will 100% be coming back!

The property was very clean and comfortable and easy to find. The location is close to town and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was accommodating. I’d recommend this property if you’re needing a place to stay near Waco.

This property is in the country, small little RV park. But so you know there is nothing at the park to do. We enjoyed our stay however we thought there would have been some camp ground type stuff to do or even a little store.There is only 1 fire pit and it’s a shared one away from the unit we rented. I would suggest you put a fly shatter in each unit, we had 2 good sizes spiders and nothing handy to get them with.

What a pleasant surprise this place was! We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, cozy, adorable and quiet. So many nice touches and details to the cabin. Water and granola bars, real cream for our coffee, organic keurig pods, and good tea variety. There is no tv but we knew that and it was no drawback to us. There is WiFi and we just watched Netflix on our iPad. In our 10 day trip to Texas the 3 nights we stayed here were by far the best!

Cute Cabin
As stated, cabin is in small RV park. Was a very safe and good atmosphere. The decorative touches really made the place feel like a home. The owners went way out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. There was a Keurig, K cups, and creamer for our morning coffee which was enjoyed on the lovely front porch as well as snacks and bottled water. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Country cabin
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Rustic outside but all updated inside, exceptionally clean. Kitchen adequate for breakfast and simple meals. A little drive into town but close to services , restaurants,etc. Very quiet residents in the RV park. Love the rain on the roof, and the morning sunshine.

Not a bad little cabin
The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was about a 12 min drive to the brazos downtown area. The only thing I didn’t like was the price was misleading, it says $68 average but really is around $130 a night and then after deposit get ready to throw down around $380

Thank you for your review. To clarify, The rental was $75 and there was a $30 cleaning fee that is in the total before you agree to rent. So that's $105 plus taxes and fees. I was paid $100. The deposit of $250 is a standard deposit stipulated by HA/VRBO, and they take and return your money, I don't see it at all. I even stated that in your check in instructions. The $68/night average is based on the average rental price for the week, but you have to know the fees are there before you rent. They are not hidden. We appreciate your business and your review! Very very clean and cute little cabin
Some my fault for not reading fine print,first no tv or radio not all people read or have lap tops was like just sitting in the room at a power outage with nothing to at least have the radio on.Now my biggest problem sorry not a cat person but two cats live on property and every time my door was opened a cat would either come in or try to and once seen one cat jump on the side of my car so not a fan of the small scratches on the side of my vehicle.

We appreciate your review. We go through great pains to make it clear that we do not offer tv, but that we do offer high speed internet. We would have gladly come and taken care of the cat issue. They are not ours. I would have rather helped the issue than to receive a 2 star review, especially when most of my other reviews are 5 star. We like to ensure our customers are happy.

Our cabin was very clean and cozy. It was well maintained and convenient to the silos. We missed the fact that there was no tv when registering for the cabin, but it turned out to not be a huge issue for us. I would recommend these cabins if you are ok with not having tv.

I rented 2 units side by side for my family traveling back from New Mexico to Houston. The park is quiet, clean and well taken care of. I recommend that you stay here the next time you travel to Waco.

Great location
We had no trouble finding the park. It is far enough out of town to escape the "busyness" but can easily get to any area of interest. Nice to sit on the porch and enjoy the quiet. The owner contacted us because our original reservation cabin had some A/C problems and he had moved us. The cabin was perfect in every way. We even had some sweet feline visitors!

Loved the cozy, clean cabin backed up to the woods. Very much enjoyed the quiet and nature (birds, butterflies & camp kitty) while sitting on the front porch. Great place to stay. Beats the heck out of staying in a hotel, both in price and ambience.
