Very sorry to hear you did not stay, all rooms have been upgraded, with new walls, floors, furniture and bathrooms. We have many families with children that stay on a regular basis and are very friendly and allow the children to play in our grassy areas during great spring days. We welcome all families and despite what our very old reviews have written, we are not the same motel that it was years ago and we hope you visit again and stay.

I do apologize you feel that way, but you did not stay for your reservation and was placed on our no show list. We are link with our local police department and are now under new ownership and management. We have come a long way cleaning up our property and are very proud to have come this far. Thank you for your response. Our website has the update about our pool being closed for the entire 2023 season. We do not supply coffee in the rooms or in our main lobby, but we are located next to Denny's and provide a 5.00 coupon to obtain a cup of freshly brewed iced or hot coffee. Our setting is motel style and a lot of our guests are in and out of our rooms due to the night life located around. I do hope you revisit soon and will let our housekeeping know of the great work they are doing.

As per your request, you have been upgraded to a new room, just constructed and renovated. and given a 20% discount. For full refunds, during the check in process we offer a policy that is signed by each guest upon arrival. This policy offers the guest a full refund within 15 minutes of entering the room and they are not satisfied. The guest is then able to check out for a full refund or relocate to a room to their satisfaction, and remain a guest. Hope to see you in the future at our grand re-opening. Thank you for your feedback. We have found your stay of 11 days. We were very disappointed to just hear about this on the final day of your stay. we have inspected the room in question and came up with a negative outcome on pests, but we will certainly keep our staff alert.
