The property has 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it suitable for 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. A baby cot can be provided upon request for an extra fee.



This villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony and barbecue. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool while you relax with mountain views.



Barcelona is about 80 km away and Girona can be reached within 35 km. In addition to the beautiful beach of Lloret de Mar, you can discover several other lovely beaches in the area. The well-known water park Waterworld is also nearby.



Parking is available on the property and free parking is possible on the street. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. You are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors and not to cause any disturbance. No noise is allowed between 22:00 and 8:00.



Beach and pool towels are available for an extra fee. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee and operates at set times: in the bedroom from 18:30 to 9:00 and in the living room from 8:00 to 23:30. Air conditioning can only be booked per week.



Please note that during your stay, government measures regarding water may be in effect, which could affect the use of the pool, garden watering or tap water usage.
