We had a great stay at this B&B. The property was very clean and with amazing views. Our room had its own little patio that we could sit to enjoy the view. The location was great for us as we were attending a wedding at Hatley castle. The owners were lovely and accommodating. Would recommend to others.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay at this quaint B&B this month. Having a delicious home-cooked breakfast everyday looking out at the ocean was incredible. My room was sharing a bathroom with another room- there was never an issue of waiting and the bathroom was always immaculate. On my last day I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast and the hosts sent me off with a homemade sandwich to take with me. I can’t say enough good things about this property- I am looking forward to coming back here next time I’m in town.

The ocean view was beautiful both facing east as the sun rose and in the evening with the city lights shining. Appreciate being able to make coffee when I wanted. One small thing....a darkening curtain would be nice because the sun is so bright at 5:30AM. But would defiitely go back to this beautiful facility.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is gorgeous and the view is incredible! our hosts were amazing and so gracious and I fell in love with Ellis they’re lovely little dog, our daily breakfast was delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience!! I would highly recommend this beautiful B&B 💙

Amazing view, very clean, and comfortable beds. Nice sitting area to take in the view. Curtain instead of door on bathroom and no sound proofing in the walls so noise comes in from other rooms.

View from room is wonderful. Their address 'Victoria' is wrong - could say Greater Victoria, near Victoria or actual county name. My GPS said 'no such address in Victoria' hence took sometime to find the place. They also could provide a pitcher of water & a cup in room for convenience - no cup/mug in washroom either.

The view from the balcony was STUNNING! This was my first time staying in a B&B like this, I booked very last minute so I was a little confused with the checking in process but the owners kindly explained everything on the phone and gave me directions. Their house was very clean with lots of amenities which was so helpful; I did have a shared bathroom which is the first time I’ve used one but it was kept very clean and I was happy with this!

I had a reservation for 4 nights in mid-August 2022. Injured my back the week before, in hospital, could not go. Orbitz tried to reach them for 4 days to request a cancellation/refund, (called repeatedly, left multiple messages) but they never replied. When the place sent their auto-reminder that I was checking in the next day, I replied that I was unable to come, and Orbitz had sent them multiple messages. They claimed they never received calls or messages, even though I have copies of the emails Orbitz sent. They refused to refund and sent a nasty note back. . If they had replied to Orbitz when first called, there was plenty of time to re-book in this busy end-of-summer vacation time. Never saw the property, so I gave them neutral reviews on everything else.

Not a B&B. Do Not book here if you expect romance.
This was a residential home that takes long term boarders on the first floor & so-called b&b guests in the basement. There are no restaurants, convenience stores or services nearby. We arrived at the front door & were told to enter the basement door into the garage instead. The owner met us there and directed us to remove our shoes & offered us previously worn dirty slippers to wear into the basement. There were 5 rooms. Our room used a bathroom out in the hall. We were not allowed upstairs in the living areas or the sundeck. We had 2 chairs outside our room in the backyard. The basement, our room and our bath were very cold. The thermostat was not working in the bedroom and bath. Finally they fixed it but it took 1 day to get it so the room temperature was comfortable. The bath had a space heater that only worked occasionally. The shower had a 12 inch step up and no handrail to assist nor any nonslip mat. The soap was used & had hair on it. Plus there were flying bugs all over. We were scheduled four a four night stay. Since our room was cold all night, we requested to cancel the next day as my wife was getting sick. We were refused any sort of refund because they stated we got a discount. Breakfast was at 8 to 8:30, no exceptions. It was placed on table before we got there. Same fair was served all 4 days: 1 cold freid egg, cold sauteed veg & sm fruit. Cold bread. Rancid butter & dried out jelly pks. Hosts did not interact. Room/bath not serviced thru stay. Worst ever stay

You made an unconditional reservation without considering all conditions such as location and distance, and on the day of check-in, knowing that you are not in downtown, you are very sorry that you gave a malicious evaluation without visiting or calling. We always come and tell you in advance what to consider about the location, but I would like you to come and see it in person and then give an evaluation. If you tell me what you lack compared to your house, I will refer to it.

Excellent B&B
Great view and location for guest have car. Excellent in cleanliness. I love their meals service. Nice kitchen with all the utensils. Free coffee and tea. They serve breakfast too! I definitely will stay in this B&B again!

What an amazing experience!! The view is magnificent and the hosts are a beautiful couple who kindly look after you and guide you through everything. So grateful for everything they did for me. Staying at this beautiful place was a life altering experience for me! I left the place as a completely different person. Must go and enjoy the stay at this unique location if you love peace and solitude like me!

Sorry for making this happen. However, even though we were informed about the share bathroom before check-in, we resolved all your complaints amicably, and even though we promised to refund you in full if you are not satisfied, writing such a malicious review as people who left after leaving everything satisfied until the end is your travel experience. purpose is questionable. It feels like we, who did our best, have been betrayed by low-level people like you.

The owner kicked me out in the wet/cold weather because I had a cold. I had to find a considerably more expensive place to stay at the last minute with a dying phone. He did not help me out at all in trying to find a new place at the last minute.. Miserable, miserable experience.

You said that if you booked a single room alone and two people would stay, there was a surcharge for the extra person according to the policy, but you did not agree and talked about the service complaint even before you arrived without thinking about your dispute. So we told Expedia Customer Center about this and asked us to cancel it if the guest disagrees, and the person in charge acknowledged it. Even after arrival, ㅛyou had no contact with us, and you couldn't go without meals and waste prepared food. The checkout was also nobody knew afterwards, I concede that I would not be charged any additional charges. As you can see from the majority of the guests, we are always doing our best to make them happy. You should be aware of the price and the content posted before you book.
