A vibrant and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bd bath private ground floor suite in a beautifully restored 1911 Arts & Crafts home with off street parking. Close to all the action in Victoria and steps away from the beautiful and scenic Gorge waterway and Selkirk trestle bridge where you can swim, paddle board or even float in a wood fired hot tub! The famous galloping goose cycling trail is just at the end of the street and is a great way to explore the surrounding area by bike and connect to the bike network all over Downtown. Also within walking distance to some of the best craft breweries and distilleries in Victoria!

As per City of Victoria guidelines this private suite can be rented shared or occasionally entire suite please inquire about renting as private unit and will confirm if able to accommodate dates.

Great place to stay, easy walk to downtown. Quick access to the highway too.
Really liked this property. It has character, not your usual bland grey and white apartment. Dan was really easy to contact and helpful when Victoria had a big power outage. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Beautiful and Immaculate
My sister, our husbands, and I stayed at this lovely home for 3 days. The home was very comfortable and well designed. It was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the decor. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have experienced so far. When we walked in, it looked and felt like it could have been an "Income Property" project. Dan was very helpful and available whenever we needed some information or help.

We came up from Washington state to spend a couple of days in Victoria. The space was spacious, comfortable & cosy and clean. The ensuite bathroom bed is huge and very comfy! Second bedroom totally acceptable too (having spent some time in vrbo's and crappy beds and bedding, this was a joy!) The apartment is upgraded nicely. The only down side was not having the front porch outside area, that shows in the picture. (It may have mentioned it in the write up and I missed it.) Easy to town location with a car. Host was 100% available and happy to help with the very small queries we had (tv etc). Highly recommend.

The house was spotless, well appointed, and in a very convenient location. The kitchen is especially stocked with everything you could need. The bathrooms are fantastic! Dan is an outstanding host. Highly recommended!

L’appartement de Dan est parfait, meublé avec goût et équipé d’une cuisinière au gaz et de tous les électros ménagers nécessaires. Luxe suprême, chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Le linge de maison et la literie sont d’excellente qualité et les lits très confortables. Ne pas se laisser impressionner par le quartier qui en voie de revitalisation. On peut se rendre à pied au centre ville par un sentier pédestre. Je recommande chaudement la maison bleue.
