Lovely apartment
This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is still a lovely and clean apartment. The pool doesnt open until May so cannot comment on that but ut does look nice .

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment making a great base for our recent trip to Spain, we’ll be looking to return in the season to use more facilities such as the pool. Great communication from Eduardo who also recommended things to do in the area.

The property is exactly as advertised. Perfect size accommodation with a beautiful patio bonus. Everything was immaculate and clean. The apartment was well fitted with all the necessities. I enjoyed the walks out to the market, beach and the nature preserve all within easy walking. The local transportation was close to the property for easy trips to Vera Pueblo, Mojacar and beyond. The hosts were always a text away to answer any questions. This was a perfect place to stay in Vera playa.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location
This is a beautiful appartment that had eveything we needed for a lovely few days in Vera. It ha every utensil we required and a lot of effort has gone into ensuring that guests have everything to make their stay pleasant. There Is a beautiful swimming pool in thecomplex which was scarely used by others during our stay. The pool area is really well maintained and there are even toilets at the pool. The apartment is a pleasant 15 minute dander to the main diniing /shopping area so is easily walkable I cant praise the host Eduardo high enough. Although we didnt eet him he was in regular contact before and during our stay to ensure everything was in place for a smooth stay Finally we had a very pleasant surprise to find a bottle of cava was waiting for us on our arrival. A lovely touch we can have no complaints about our stay here. It was great

Beautiful and immaculate property
This property is exactly as you see it and that is perfect. Small but has everything you could possibly need including a well equipped kitchen. WiFi and TV are amazing, bed comfortable, private parking, beautiful outside space with lots of sunshine. Nothing at all to grumble about here and Eduardo and Reme are the perfect attentive hosts, thank you for a stunning stay, won't hesitate to book this property again

Lovely apartment in quiet location
We had a great six night stay at this modern, well equipped ground floor apartment The bed was comfortable and had everything that we could have needed. The outdoor garden and terrace was perfect Nothing was too much trouble for the host.

Lovely clean apartment
Great communication and such a clean property, comfortable bed, everything we needed with a lovely outdoor space. It is on a complex with a lovely pool and secure parking accessible to complex residents only. Complex is up the road from a supermarket with a few restaurants around, bus stop down the road but we had a hire car sp didn't use the bus, great base for exploring the area. Only negative during our stay were some noisy holiday makers staying nearby on the same complex but as we were out most of the day it didn't ruin our stay.

This is the place to stay!!!!
This is a brilliant apartment I have never stayed in such a clean place. It has everything you need from a washing machine to a coffee maker. When the sun did shine the garden is a sun trap. The communication from Eduardo is brilliant he’s very thoughtful and caring . I will definitely stay here again

Beautifully decorated apartment
Beautifully decorated apartment with fantastic garden area which is a sun trap even during the winter. Kitchen well equipped. Welcome pack and even toiletries and slippers were provided which made it feel like a 5* hotel rather than an apartment. Communication with Eduardo was excellent.

the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable seating, very modern ,the garden was very private and we got the sun most of the day ,we were there dec-jan, ample heating never cold,we had a hire car which i think you would need,we took our own internet tv box which worked perfect with wi-fi,would go to apartment again

Winter get away
What an amazing apartment, immaculately clean , modern , fresh and very well presented. Beautiful well kept private garden for dining and sunbathing. Perfect location as just 10 minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants. Eduardo great with communication too. Would highly recommend.

The perfect stay
What a wonderful apartment, fabulous communication with the owners and we arrived to a bottle of Cava. Everything was provided, all kitchen equipment. Such a lovely private garden with sunbeds and outside table and chairs. Bedroom is very comfortable. Location is superb. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property and location.
This was one of the best place I have ever rented and I have been renting self catering places for the last 5 years every winter for long stays. The apartment was excellent well equipped and aesthetically pleasing. Eduardo, ( the landlord) was a fantastic host. He came and collected us from the bus station and gave us a comprehensive guide to all the facilities in the area. At the property he left us a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. Throughout our stay he checked on us regularly by WhatsApp to make sure that we are alright. Vera in Winter time was a lovely place to stay quiet, clean and very peaceful, plenty of good walks as well as cycle lanes. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Eduardo’s apartment for anybody who wants peace and quiet However, there are very few good restaurants in Vera Playa, one has to go to the next town for a good choice but there is a bus every hour to the nearby towns if you don’t have your own transport. We used the bus regularly and found it quite convenient.

A fantastic apartment furnished to the highest standards. Pool literally on the door step, beautiful private garden to sunbathe with covered patio area. Comfy bed, great shower and good selection on TV. 5 min walk to great bar and 15 min walk to all aminities. Perfect in every way, we didn't want to leave!

Our first time in Vera Playa
We were met at the property by Eduardo and his lovely wife Reme. They showed us around their stylish, modern, immaculately clean apartment, it’s own beautifully laid out garden and also the communal pool and jacuzzi area. As you will see from the listing pictures the place is amazing. You are provided with every possible kitchen utensil, the bathroom is large, stylish and immaculately clean as is everywhere else. The living and dining area are fresh, comfortable and modern and lead out onto the private patio dining area and beautifully laid out garden. Eduardo very kindly sent us links for places to eat, drink and visit which was very useful. The area that the apartment is in was very quiet(June) and easily accessible to the local shops, bars and the massive beach. It is a good 20 minutes walk to bars, shops etc,, fine in the daytime but at night this wasn’t so easy due to the lack of street lights in some areas and also a lack of pavement. The simple solution for us was to drive. There was no problem parking day or night time. We have had a very enjoyable time in Vera Playa. Thank you again Eduardo and Reme.

Very comfortable apartment fitted out and furnished to a high standard Not much work surface in the kitchen for cooking but everything is there Eduardo was very helpful, spoke good English and was easy to communicate with Amazed he drove 250km from Malaga to meet us Weather was warm and sunny as it often is at this time of the year As it was early November 2018 the complex was very quiet with very few residents The swimming pool round the back is close to the apartment’s back garden gate although not available out of season which I’m guessing is from end of October or after half term Worth checking if that’s important to anyone Not sure if it was heated Shame tv would not receive more English tv channels than the 3 main news channels We enjoyed our stay in a quiet spot with almost unbroken sunshine

A really nice clean & modern apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. A nice garden to relax in with a water feature & sun lounger & an outside dining area for four. There is also a comunial swimming pool & a play area for the little ones. The location is about a twenty minute walk to the beach & shops etc so a car would be beneficial for food shopping trips etc. Eduardo was an absolute pleasure to deal with & is always on hand when ever needed & was very kind to offer suggestions of places to visit, see or eat. Thank you Eduardo 😁

First Class Property with the WOW factor
From the first contact with Eduardo, the owner, when booking to arriving home, the whole experience was superb. We were given all the info and more we needed before we arrived. We were met by the always smiling Ramon who showed us all we needed to know about the property and complex. The apartment itself was just like being at home, being furnished to the highest standard possible. It has more than enough equipment than you would need including all cleaning materials and the all important loo rolls! All the extra touches were very unexpected such as the decor of the property both inside and out including the fountain in the garden, an ample supply of local guide books/maps, to the wine and beverage packs on arrival which just made our holiday that little more special. The apartment is situated in the perfect position for a laid back break being only 10 mins walk to local restaurants/bars/shops including a large supermarket and just a further 5 mins walk to the great beaches of Vera Playa. Also if needed the local bus stop is right outside which can take you along the coast to Mojacor or Garrucha or slightly inland to Vera town, all for around €2. Even after we had returned home we had a message from Eduardo asking if we had got home ok. All through our stay we were only a text away from any help we needed from Eduardo or Ramon. We can't wait to return later on in the year and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a perfect chilled out break. Thank you Eduardo and his team.

Had a wonderful time staying at Eduardo's apartment. it had everything that you needed to have a great stay. Never having been to that part of Spain before and I am glad that we did as we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the coast and the mountains.

Beautiful apartment with sunny garden
We stayed here over the Easter weekend. Apartment is spotless with beautiful furniture. The private garden was sunny all day, we ate breakfast outside. A short walk to a supermarket and the beach, this apartment would suit 2 people more than 4 adults. Thanks to Ramón for greeting us!

This beautiful, modern, apartment looked like we were the 1st to ever stay there! It was immaculately clean. You will immediately see the efforts made to make your stay comfortable. The bed is so comfortable. The large bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Big screen TV with wifi and Satellite channels. English news channels, you tube or use your own Netflix account. Little extras like guide books on the area, deck of cards, votive candles and matches. There is a lovely patio area with a fountain, lawn chairs to soak up the sun, and a roomy patio table for four. Caretakers on site to help with anything you might need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Me hospedo por segunda vez en esta casa y no puedo estar mas encantado. Atencion, limpieza, registro de entrada.....todo un acierto. El propietario Eduardo, esta muy atento. Felicitaciones por ello. Ojala todos los caseros son asi de atentos. La situacion de la casa es buena, en cercania hay restaurantes, bares, la playa esta a pocos minutos. En general muy contento. Volvere siempre que pueda tanto en familia como en solitario. Buen lugar para desconectar.

Complete apartment, tastefully decorated and spotless clean
We were pleasantly surprised by this small apartement that had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a bottle of Cava and other goodies. And the apartment smelled lovely, was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The curved smart TV is large and WIFI never failed. The garden was very private, lots of outside furniture, plants, a large cactus, a fountain and great garden lighting. Everything looks and feels so new that we felt like the first guests. Across the street is a nature reserve with lots of waterbirds. When we were there in March there were a lot of flamingo’s. We can recommend touring the surroundings: the rocks and turquois sea at Cala Crocodores, the coastal route to Carboneras through National Park Cabo de Gato-Nijar, the narrow mountain routes through the Sierras de los Filabres with the white marble quarry in Cóbdar. We all enjoyed it very much.

En primer lugar dar las gracias a Eduardo, el propietario que desde el principio mostró mucho interés por nuestra comunidad. Nos proporcionó toda la información de que ver en Vera y todo lo que se puede hacer. Por otro lado la casa está perfecta, limpia y mantenida. Desde luego estamos deseando volver. Las playas que ofrece Vera son preciosas. Recomiendo el lugar.

Perfecto en todo
El alojamiento es tal como se describe, o mejor, destaca su limpieza, orden,diseño y decoración. Está muy bien equipado, tanto en baño ( toallas ,gel, secador...)y cocina ( todo tipo de menaje). El patio perfecto para cenar y comer o desayunar(de día...cuidado con las avispas). Hemos estado muy relajados y disfrutado de la estancia en él. Respecto a Eduardo, decir que se preocupa enormemente por los inquilinos poniéndose a disposición en cualquier momento por lo que se necesite. Igualmente decir de Marina, la chica de la limpieza y de Leila, la encargada de la gestión de las llaves. Amabilidad y buen hacer en todo momento. Un 9,9 de puntuación.
