A perfect stay in Venezia
Our family of 5 adults stayed for 4 nights in mid-April. In all our visits to Italy, this is the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever had! Perfect central location, but very quiet, with easy private entry, up just one floor, all perfectly clean and we had plenty of space. All the beds were comfortable, the 3 spacious bathrooms are a luxury. The kitchen is well designed to fit its small space and is stocked with everything we needed. The furniture (including the new, upgraded chairs in the dining room) is all beautiful and comfortable. Very timely, helpful and friendly communication from Marta before and during our stay. Her gracious and friendly assistant Margherita met us at our arrival dock, showed us to the apartment and gave us helpful advice for our stay. After our long flights, the complimentary tray of yummy snacks was very welcome. We highly recommend all 3 Muneghe apartments! Thank you for a perfect visit. Speriamo tornare ancora!

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We chose to stay in this apartment near San Marco Square and we are so glad we did! We were six people…two families of three, each of us with a teenage daughter. Marta’s apartment was perfect for us. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a great living room, dining and kitchen area, it had everything we needed. We chose to eat in the night we arrived since it was pouring rain and we were tired from travelling. There was an amazing pizzeria just around the corner, and we had a dining room table and all the amenities in the apartment to make our meal extremely enjoyable. The location was perfect. Easy access to the Water bus, a short walk to San Marco square and lots of shops and eateries near by. Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire time we were in Veinice, but Marta had left many umbrellas for us to use while we were there. We were so grateful for that! Marta was kind and generous and answered all of my messages quickly. She was there waiting for us upon arrival and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice! So comfortable, clean and very central to Venice. We would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself! Thank you, Marta!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great for our group of 3 couples, short walk to St. Marks square and close to Giglio transportation stop. Marta and her assistant Patricia were gracious in accommodating our late arrival (after 12:00AM). We would definitely stay there again!

We had a terrific time in Venice. Marta and Patricia were great hosts. The apartment is very nice and in a great location. We were a little disappointed that the balcony mentioned in the description is actually part of a different apartment in the building(in guessing a translation issue with the VRBO app), and the furnishings are not ideal in the living room and kitchen for a rental as they are antiques and fragile. At least a couple chairs could not be used because they were falling apart and the dishes can not be put through the dishwasher because they are hand painted. The beds are hard, but not uncomfortable and the bathrooms were all very nice. Everything you want to see is just a short walk away, which is very convenient, but the apartment is tucked away and somewhat difficult to find. Some instructions would have been helpful as GPS didn’t quite know where to send us. All in all, terrific stay. Thanks for having us!

We were absolutely delighted with the property. It is very centrally located and close to where we disembarked from our water Taxi. It was clean and all the essentials for the kitchen were available. There are 3 bedrooms and one of the 3 has two single beds with a bathroom across the hall. Marta was very accomodating and available if we needed info. I'm only sorry we had to leave a day early.

Beautiful property. We loved it. Good neighborhood plenty of space. Our only issue was communication. Marta says she was available for inquiries and information but didn't respond to requests for information or details on check in. I texted several times and the only response I got was a Google Maps link that was supposed to get us there. Details like "its the yellow as you approach" would have been very helpful. GPSs are notoriously bad in Venice because of the high buildings. We absolutely LOVED this property. Just getting there the first time was a bit of a challenge. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Marta again! Very nice place!

Perfectly situated apartment
Our party consisted of 3 couples aged from 30s to 70s..The apartment suited us perfectly.It was very clean and fresh and somehow managed to combine an interesting mix of both traditional and modern . The beds were huge and very comfortable with televisions in each room.. Air conditioning was efficient which was very welcome as we were lucky enough to have warm weather. The 3 bathrooms had good powerful showers with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped however, we ate out at some of the lovely local restaurants and there is also a sandwich shop very close by . The apartment itself is perfectly positioned for visiting all areas of Venice. The owner Marta is very helpful and responded quickly to any queries .Would definitely rent this apartment again.

Excellent Apartment!
Our stay at this apartment was great! We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment because we were sightseeing but it served the purposes of our party of six quite well! The apartment was cleaner than many 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at and was decorated nicely. The location/ distance from the main square of Saint Mark is good: about a 7-10 minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard yard, so you don’t have to worry about too much noise from all the other tourists enjoying the Venice nights. The apartment is also right around the corner from a water taxi station. Marta, the apartment owner, was helpful and answered any questions we had. She also helped us reserve a private water taxi to the train station for the next leg of our trip. Only recommendations I have are to make sure you ask her for a map/directions to the apartment from the closest water taxi station, before you arrive. Also, a nice touch would be to have complimentary bottles of water for the first day of the guest’s stay.

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment that is perfectly located in a quiet courtyard but just minutes away from cafes, restaurants and main attractions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when next visiting Venice.

Perfect stay in heart of venice
Quiet oasis in a fantastic location so close to everything. Property seems like it was recently done, beautifully decorated with all modern amenities and conveniences - couldn’t ask for a more comfortable stay. Property owner super responsive to any questions we had and provided useful information in apt. (we relied on restaurant recommendations and had some very good meals).

Very well-appointed apartment. Location is perfect. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great for two couples to share. Would have liked a bit more information about the check-in process ahead of time (including a cash city tax that was collected on arrival), but owner’s assistant was helpful and spoke English very well. If we come to Venice again, will book this property.

Wonderful apartment
We just returned from a 10-day trip which started in Venice. The apartment was wonderful. It was in a great location not far from San Marco Square. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for our family of 6. It was very clean, the bedrooms were large, and the bathrooms very nice. There were several small cafes and shops right around the corner which was very convenient for breakfast or having a very yummy slice of pizza! We were very happy with everything!

WONDERFUL!!!
This is a fantastic apartment in a great location in Venice. Close to shopping, dining, etc.. 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Located in a clean, quiet courtyard on a quiet side area with plenty of good lighting. The property manager met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment which was a much-appreciated perk. If you chose not to take the water taxi, it is just a 25 minute walk to the main train station (which was actually a little taste than the water taxi from the main train station to the stop closest to the apartment), The apartment itself is large, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are HUGE! The bathrooms are spacious. There were 6 of us during our stay and we had plenty of room. There is a security key pad to the apartment so you don't have to juggle keys during your stay. The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice - you will not be disappointed!

This is a very well located, well furnished apartment. The rooms are spacious, it is very well equipped and all looks as though it has been refitted recently. The location is great, close but not too close to St Mark's square (10 minute walk) so that you are not having to contend with hordes of people. The Giglio/Santa Maria di Giglio is three bridges away (5 minutes) and serves both the vaporetto and the Alilaguna airport water taxi. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend

Great Location, great security, great style.
We loved our stay at the Muneghe Apartments. Marta and her employee Eric were very easy to contact and helped with all of the details prior to our arrival ensuring an easy transition with our crew of six (including my husband and me, our two kiddos and our two senior mothers). The location was perfection; off the beaten path but very close to many great restaurants and S. Marco. Well appointed kitchen (although we could not figure out how to use some of the appliances). The apartment has Smart TVs in each room and in the living area. This was great as we had some younger children who needed a little afternoon downtime here and there. The rooms were stylish and open. The showers were great! High-end contemporary fixtures in the showers. One note to future renters, be sure to bring your own toiletries! I would book it now and rest assured you will be in a great place in a magnificent city!

Paradise in Venice
We visited Venice with 5 couples for a long weekend in May. We rented Muneghe 2 & 3 located in a great area of San Marco. The apartments were spotless with plenty of space. Marta was very flexible with a 30 day cancellation policy. We will definitely return soon!

A great apartment close to everything yet on a secluded side street. Clean and modern and the owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. My only comment was the air conditioning would not work after the first day although it was cool enough during our stay that we only missed it briefly. A great place for your stay in Venice.

Stunning Apartment
Everything about this apartment was stunning. In a great location, but in a quiet area, both the comfort and luxury were outstanding. Marta met us off the water bus from the airport and could not have been more helpful with guidance and tips for getting about. Venice was incredibly cold when we visited - but the apartment was warm and inviting. Thank you Marta for a wonderful stay!

Appartement fidèle à la description en ligne. Très bonne situation, chambres spacieuses, très bonne literie, décoration purement vénitienne... A recommander. Petit bémol cependant sur l'équipement de cuisine insuffisant pour 6 personnes ( nombre de couverts limité / 1 seul faitout et aucune casserole / cafetière très longue à couler ... et pas de four micro ondes qui serait utile plus qu'un vrai four car on ne vient pas à Venise pour passer du temps en cuisine).
