Villa of full foot in full nature, on the heights of a typically Provençal village, Vénéjan. It has a breathtaking view of the Cèze Valley and the Rhône.
Each person will fully enjoy their vacation without overcrowding in this 170 m² house with 4 bedrooms, two terraces, a large parking area, an infinity pool and a gas barbecue.
Two parental suites with 160 beds, each equipped with a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms each equipped with two 90 x 200 beds (which can be coupled) plus a bathroom with bath and shower, double sink. Two separate toilets, washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher).

The living room is equipped with a 123 cm flat screen TV, wifi, table football, underfloor heating.

Central location, for this pied-à-terre, quiet location, in a charming little village; ideal for visiting Provence and Languedoc, but also for hiking, canoeing and cycling; close to major cities such as Avignon, Orange, Uzès, Nîmes and the Ardèche ...

A wonderful modern villa in a stunning location.
The villa here was very well laid out and finished. Each bedroom was decorated well and had plenty of space. There were 10 in our party and the pool was a welcome addition in the heatwave experienced. The pool alarm gave us excellent peace of mind. The two kitchens were well equipped and although a coffee machine was in the villa we did miss having a kettle. The owner was on hand at all times if we needed anything and also gave advice about the local areas. Most of the things we visited were about an hour or less away and had everything we needed. At the time of year we visited most of Europe was caught in a heatwave and although we had an aircon unit, the bedrooms were extremely hot at night. Overal we would definitely recommend this villa for a stay.

Location au top pour vacances en famille ou entre amis, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Super accueil de Félix. Sympathique région à découvrir, villages et grottes à visiter dans les alentours, sorties canoé sur l'ardèche ou sur la Ceze avec des enfants plus jeunes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en compagnie de nos enfants et petits enfants. Une maison tout à la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle. Des propriétaires très à l'écoute. Et tout cela dans un magnifique cadre. De très jolis villages aux alentours.

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub
Wir haben 10 Tage lang einen super Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus, oberhalb des malerischen Vénéjan, genossen. Es hat einen tollen Pool und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus war es angenehm frisch. Félix ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er gibt gern Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung. In je 10 Minuten ist man in Pont St. Esprit und Bagnols sur Ceze, wo man alles für einen tollen Urlaub bekommt und es schöne Wochenmärkte gibt. Auch sonst gibt es überall herrlich reifes Obst und Gemüse im Rhônetal. In der Nähe es gibt viele tolle Dinge zu entdecken...Ardèche mit dem beeindruckenden Pont d'Arc...Grotte Chauvet 2 (im Sommer besonders am Donnerstag Abend)...Canyoning in der Bezorgue...Spuren der Römer in Nimes und am Pont du Gard...eine Stadttour und Baden in Marseille (mit Segway auch als Anfänger super)...die Alpillen mit einer fantastischen Kunstaktion in einem stillgelegten Steinbruch (Carrières des Lumières...bin immer noch total begeistert) und viele schöne Orte in der Nähe (Roque sur Ceze...Uzés...). Für uns (meine zwei Söhne, deren zwei Freunde und mich) war es ein großartiger Urlaub und Félix ein toller Gastgeber!

Super Villa et propriétaires très sympa
La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée.La piscine à débordement donne du charme à cette villa. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et vraiment sympas. Il y a pleins de petits coins au bord des rivières pour se baigner ou pêcher. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis Merci pour vacances☺️

Superbe maison pour un super séjour
La maison est au top, bien agencé, équipements complets et adaptés pour 8 personnes, literie de bonne qualité et la piscine est magnifique avec une vue. Il faut prendre la voiture pour profiter de l'Ardèche et du Gard mais énormément d'activités a 30 min de route. Enfin les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, présents aux environs en cas de besoin tout en laissant profiter en autonomie de la maison. A refaire.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ferienaufenthalt in Venejan im Ferienhaus von Felix und können dieses Objekt gerne weiterempfeheln: Das Haus liegt in extrem ruhiger Lage auf einer leichten Anhöhe mit Ausrichtung nach Südwesten mit Blick in das Ceze- und Ardeschetal und im Osten ins Rhonetal. Das kleine Dörfchen Venejan hat einen hervorragenden Bäcker und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto im Städtchen Pont-Saint-Esprit. Es ist modern und bestens ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, zudem noch fast neu. Das Highlight in den sehr heißen Tagen Anfang August 2020 war der tolle Swimming-Pool, den wir sehr genossen haben. Er hat kein Chlor und ist als Infinity-Pool traumhaft, zudem sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Felix wohnt in Sichtweite und ist ein sehr umsichtiger, zurückhaltender Vermieter, der aber umgehend reagiert, wenn man ihn benötigt und SEHR hilfsbereit ist. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub 2020 in Venejan und können dieses Haus vollumfänglich empfehlen!!!
