"Schöne Lage, ruhig, guter Ausgangspunkt für Seiffen, Grünhainichen, Therme in Wolkenstein. Nette Leute, gutes Frühstück, und für Abends - offener Kühlschrank für Getränke und Spiritousen, einfach per Strichliste. Wenn wir wieder mal ins EWrzgebirge fahren, werden wir gerne wieder hier unser Quartier aufschlagen."

"Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an der Bundesstrasse. Ab ca. 5 Uhr ist starker Verkehrslärm. Super Service. Zimmer sehr gross. Das Bad ist aber leider etwas klein. Fichtelbergbahn Station unterhalb vom Hotel. Empfehlung für nicht Lärm empfindliche Gäste."

"- mein Zimmer sehr gut mit Ausblick ins Grüne, vermutlich das einzigste schöne Zimmer der ganzen Pension - Gaststätte schnuddelig (Tischdecken, Boden, Theke ...) - Gänge z. T. voller Baumaterial und dgl. - Gebäude und Umgebung der Pension herunter gekommen, wenig einladend, eher abstoßend - Lage ist günstig am Waldrand zum Start von Wandertouren - Essen unterdurchschnittlich "

"Ich habe zwei Übernachtungen gebucht und bezahlt. Beim Check-out wurde ich vor Ort aufgefordert nochmals eine Rechnung für zwei Übernachtungen zu begleichen, da angeblich die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde. Bis heute werde ich von der Vermittlerplattform an den Vermieter verwiesen und von den Vermieter an die Vermittlerplattform. Ergebnis: Doppelt bezahlt, Verworfener Urlaub mit Kind."

"Alles hervorragend, athmosphaerische Jugendstilvilla, bequemes Bett, ruhig gelegen in einem Garten nahe des Zentrums. Service hilft sofort bei Fragen ( tel. ueber Hotel Imperial). Angenehmer Fruehstuecksraum ( Kueche immer offen ) zur Selbstverpflegung. "

"Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"
