5 minutes walk from the beach of Nauzan, 10 minutes walk from a supermarket, and 1300 meters from Vaux sur mer and Saint Palaiss.
Kitchen with electric oven, 4 burner gas hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Large veranda with 1 sofa bed 2 people.
In the rental price all linen is included (sheets, pillowcases, bolster covers, towels, napkins, tea towels, napes)
Large enclosed garden (fence, hedges and key-ring barriers) all around the property; equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs, chairs, relax and umbrella.

Close to Royan, in the west, on the Côte de Beauté (peninsula of Arvert in Saintonge Maritime, between the estuaries of Seudre and Gironde).
This 160 square meter house is located near Nauzan beach, and 2 km from Royan with its large beach called Grande Conche, as well as the famous Pontaillac beach (with the Royan casino). On foot, the Sentier des Douaniers runs along the seaside.
From Friday 01. 02 to Saturday 16. 03 possibility to rent, at least 2 days, between Friday morning and Monday morning.
Rentals from the Easter holidays until the end of September must be from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility of arrival on Sunday or leave on Friday however the rates are for the period from Saturday to Saturday and will not change.

Very convenient and welcoming villa!
We spent a week at Villa l'Oustral with 14 adults and it fit perfectly. The house is ideally equipped for groups, with enough wet, bath and cooking space for everyone. The garden is nice and sunny while the house is cool. The location (5mn walking to the beach - 10mn drive to either Royan or StPalais) is just perfect.

Villa très bien située dans une rue calme. Beaucoup d'espace et fonctionnelle, très bien pour un groupe jusqu'à 10 personnes. Espace arboré à l'arrière de la maison. Animaux acceptés.Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Très agréable séjour en famille dans la villa l'Oustal.
Nous avons été accueillis par Mme Coriolan, la propriétaire, personne très sympathique et souriante. La maison est très bien agencée, grande pièce de vie, terrasse et cour où nous avons pris nos repas sous le parasol, barbecue neuf.Nous avons pu garer nos 3 véhicules dans la propriété. Quartier calme, proche de la mer (plage de Nauzan à 10 min à pied). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre location et espérons y retourner dans le futur.

Grande maison très bien équipée pour 10 personnes.
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables,équipées chacune d' une douche qui fonctionne très bien.
L'emplacement est parfait, à 5mn d'une belle plage et de balades en bord de mer
Les commerces sont à proximité.
Propriétaire accueillante , ponctuelle et très arrangeante pour les horaires de départ et arrivée.
Bref à recommander pour des vacances en famille ou groupe...

Séjour agréable et reposant
Maison spacieuse proche du sentier des douaniers et de la plage de Nauzan, dans une petite rue peu passante.La maison est bien équipée et Mme Coriolan est soucieuse du bien être des locataires et répond toujours rapidement à chaque question. Nous étions 6 dont 2 personnes âgées qui ont apprécié la véranda et leur salle de bains privative. Madame Coriolan aime les animaux et notre chien l a vite adoptée. Merci Mme Coriolan pour votre gentillesse

La propriétaire est une personne fort sympathique. Nous avons eu des petits désagréments, mais la propriétaire a été à l'écoute des petits points à corriger.
La maison est grande, mais je conseille de se limiter à 12 personnes max.
Très bel emplacement pour cette maison: au calme et tout proche de la plage.

Villa très agréable très proche de la plage de Nauzan avec un jardin bien équipé en transats et comportant des zones ombragées appréciables par fortes chaleurs . Le linge de maison est fourni en abondance.La literie est très convenable. Cette villa est adaptée à des vacances familiales. La chambre donnant sur le jardin a un petit inconvénient : elle donne l 'accès à la buanderie ce qui donne moins d intimité aux occupants.
