We greatly appreciate your feedback, because thanks to that we can continue searching day after day for excellence in what we do. When you arrived to the hotel, you asked for the room with a terrace and view (we don’t have any room of that type). Could there be the possibility that when you were looking for availability on the website, you might have confused the pictures of some other hotel with ours?
