The Pazo has two granaries of great length, an ancient sundial and, on the main façade, the stone shield of the Ponce de León family, to whom the pazo belonged at the beginning of the 18th century. In the lareira area, you can see a series of curious objects as well as two large cars that were found in the excavations during the reconstruction and that date back to the time when the Pazo was built. The entrance has a beautiful typical Galician cruceiro. All the houses have windows to the outside, from which you can access a privileged view of the Frouxeira Beach -with its beautiful lighthouse and lagoon- and Mount Campelo.
In the municipality of Valdoviño, numerous prehistoric, Celtic and Roman remains have been located, which left roads and settlements. You can walk along roads, forests and cliffs, which invite you to enter the stories and legends, typical of Galicia and that have been transmitted from generation to generation. In the vicinity of the house is the Ártabra Coast, with numerous areas to visit, such as the town of Cedeira, San Andrés de Teixido, Cariño, Ortigueira, Cape Ortegal, Cabo de Gata, Foz and Ribadeo. The interior Galicia is also extraordinarily interesting. Cities such as Santiago de Compostela, Lugo and La Coruña deserve a separate visit.
