Beautiful lakefront cottage with private beach

This house is on the Heyden lake 10 mins from the Saulte Ste Marie city.
Quite, family friendly neighborhood. 10/15 mins to nearest Walmart, Homedepot, restaurants and main city center. The lake is private to few families who has house beside it. Excellent for swimming, fishing, kayaking.
This house has 3 large bedrooms witch living, kitchen and dinning area.
The outdoor patio looks over the lake. Enjoy and a spectacular sunrise from the master bedroom bed.

quick wknd for sports
Clean well-organized space- quick stayed needed for an athletic tournament that was pet friendly. Neighbors were friendly, small community. Owner was responsive and efficient. Checked the boxes for what our family needed and was more spacious than a hotel for a group of 6 total.

Ski trip to Searchmont
Everything was clean and organized as expected. TV rea was huge and the teenagers had a space to be together. Only "issue" was the first day we arrive, it was already dark and took us a few minutes to find the property. . I'll book here again if we plan to ski at Searchmont again
