This contemporary townhouse is a 3 BR, 2 BA w/wood burning fireplace and is located in Southside of Tyler close to shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas and night life activities. It is also located only 15 to 20 minutes drive to Lake Palestine and Lake Tyler for all the watersport guests. It is also only 15 minutes from UT Tyler and Tyler Jr. College for all parents visiting students and for college sport activities. Only 10 minutes to downtown and the famous Tyler Rose Museum. For all the antique and flea market shoppers, Canton Trade Days the largest flea market in the U.S. is only 25 min. drive from the property. The property has a no smoking and no pets policy.

Great Stay for the Texas Rose Festival
This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay while we were in town for the Texas Rose Festival! It was bigger than we needed, but met all of our needs and then some. It is obvious that the owners take great care and I really enjoyed all the scripture signs and decor.

Weekend of rest

I really liked the convenience of how close it was to restaurants and other entertainment in town. The townhouse was clean. It accommodated all five of us and had all the comforts of home. The owner, Mr. Williams was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question or needed any help. My wife and I loved how the house was decorated with scripture throughout. The only thing I can say that would be negative about the Tyler Rose Townhouse would be that you can tell here and there that it was probably built somewhere between the mid 80's to early 90's. Otherwise, I can't think of anything to say negative about it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Mr. and Mrs. Williams for their hospitality. I would recommend the Tyler Rose Townhouse as a great place to stay to anyone.
