Nestled within the prestigious Settler's Ridge neighborhood is this modern guest suite that offers a central home away from home in beautiful Twin Falls.

The famous Snake River Canyon is right on your door step and great shopping and dining is only minutes away.
The space
Make your way around to the guest suite entrance which offers an easy self-check-in with a keypad by the door.
Enter into the sunlit foyer and make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the free-flowing guest suite.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, and a built-in microwave.
Across from the kitchen is the chic café style dining space where you can pull up a trendy bar stool and enjoy your culinary creations, or just sit back with a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar.
The cozy living room features a large wall mounted TV and a plush sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed to create an additional sleeping space. Enjoy the sweeping views across the canyon from the large lounge window.
The main sleeping area offers a large king bed with luxuriously soft hotel quality linen and bedding. There is dresser to store your belongings and a second TV perfectly positioned for movie nights curled up in bed.
The modern glamorous bathroom consists of a large bath with overhead shower and a sleek stone top vanity with sunken basin. There are quality amenities on offer including shampoo and conditioner as well as soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Gorgeous guest room
This space is great for a quick overnight stay. It's a beaufiful clean space in a safe suburban area. The hosts have taken care to add nice artistic touches to welcome you. The bed and linens are comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay here instead of a hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here at Twin Falls. We loved the neighborhood, easy walk to the canyon trail and perfect accommodations. Our hosts was very helpful and the room was great.

Quaint, well designed space
Overnight stay while traveling. Within waking distance to Elevation 486 which was a great restaurant. BEAUTIFUL views walking along the canyon ridge. All quality from the very comfortable bed to the coffee cups. We would definitely recommend for two people.

Really enjoyed Steps to the Canyon Rim property
We spent two nights here and loved our stay. It is located in a really nice neighborhood and literally you are just steps from a beautiful overlook of the Snake River and Perrine Bridge. Especially beautiful at sunset. There is a neat trail to walk along the rim. It was literally 5 minutes to where we rented kayaks to go to Shoshone Falls. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby The room is spacious and is decorated in a nice modern style. Very clean and comfortable. It is quiet and we felt at home. Easy check in and access. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Christian

This is a new home with the apartment built in specifically for renting. It’s nice and very comfortable. Half the price of a hotel and twice as nice. Serves two perfectly. Three or four would be a tight squeeze. Beautiful location and literally 100 yards from the Snake River Canyon.

Art’s bday get away
We had a great stay the property was really just perfect. It was in a great neighborhood super close to a lookout area of the beautiful Snake River also close to shopping, dining and the local attractions. The host was very helpful we had trouble getting but our faults we didn’t read the inductions but the host called us and walked us through it I would absolutely stay here again it was a five star stay all the way around.
